Lady charged $12 for a plain slice and Gatorade... pizza tasted like it was made last week... never again

Ordered a general Tso chicken pizza like I always do but they gave me the complete wrong order. I called for a refund and she said she couldn’t do one until tomorrow because they don’t have a manager? They really need to train the front of house staff. The cooks are great though and did amazing on the pizza! The cooks apologized and even offered to let us keep the other one (we declined because it had meat on it and we don’t eat red meat or pork). 5/5 for the cooks. 1/5 for the first person to help us. And 4/5 for the second young lady who was very sweet.

Personal pan pizza is always cooked just right and reasonably priced at around $9. Almost $7 for a 16oz chicken soup. Oh boy. That's costly for something that is 1/2 the size of a wonton soup container. $12 for mozzerella sticks? Yikes.I understand the cost of things has gone up, but this is a bit absurd. I ordered for delivery the other day - a personal plain pie and mozzarella sticks cost me $22. Next time, I can go to Domino's and get their deal, and get more food.

customer service down the drain at this place.they got my order wrong. called to have them remake it an send it back. telling me, i have to pay a fee because they made a mistake? then hangs up on us after just wanting our money back. manager should look for new people.

Be careful they might give you food that's been sitting around for a few hours. I always order ahead so my food is fresh. I got chicken wings and a pepperoni roll. When I went to pick it up the wings were ready. But I watched as they took one of those room temperature rolls off the counter and started to reheat it. I asked the guy why my food wasn't made to order and he said this is how it's done.

Went there after school just for some wings and garlic knots. Ended up getting food poisoning and the chicken wasn’t done. I was in the worst pain for 9 hours strait all Bc of some guy in the back who didn’t cook them correctly. Do not buy anything from here that could give u food poisoning or make u sick.

This place really deserves better ratings than it has. I'm picky when it comes to gluten free pizza, trust me. I'll pretty much eat it all but truly enjoying it, is another story. They make delicious gluten free pizza. I'm telling you, I was really happy with it. I also loved my Hawaiian toppings because yes, pineapple does belong on pizza. Don't judge me. The crust wasn't burned and tasted really good! They offer different sized personals as well which is just perfect for me. I was able to pick the size that was best. I will absolutely order again. The prices are super affordable. I'm used to paying double what I paid here for a gluten free pizza. You'll have a returning customer for sure.

Pizza and wings have been consistent and taste all right. However, when calling in to order customer service needs improvement (long hold times, put on hold immediately, sometimes not picking up phone within half an hour of closing).When coming into pizzeria everyone is friendly, helpful and attentive.
Food is always amazing , love the staff , Anna and Maddy in the front are very helpful and knowledgeable , by far the sweetest ! Highly recommend this place !

I went there today and ordered a chicken and bacon slice. I was surprised the lady charged me $4.65 for one slice. Some other places charge $3.00 to $3.50 for a gourmet slice. There's a new one on main st. They only charge $7.00 for 2 gourmet slices and a can of soda. Seems like if you order individual its not worth it unless you order a whole pie.

I have been ordering here for about 15 years. The ambiance is very good. Everyone there is pleasant including ordering on the phone for pick up. The place is clean and there is a bathroom when needed for customers. The food is very good.
