On September 14,2023 @ around 645 PM we 2 of us arrived to Jersey Mikes to try out there delicious Sandwich and it was a line people waiting to pay and be served three employees on scene young lady by the name Star was running the show but she was talking to her employee unprofessionally making one run back and forth without lending a hand with one machine that was only taking cash and another that was.taking credit it look like she was handeling the cutting machine but she really never moved to assist an employee that was handling the customers she only moved to make sure the machine was operating properly Mrs Star did take a while with a lady infront of me and she also took a while to ask what was our order. The way she asked for our order made me.feel like I was bothering her and she never wrote the order on a paper or nothing so I made my order again with the person on the register and noticed the people that were standing in line prior were sitting waiting so me and the wife decided to wait an sat in a table and conversated We then started noticing that everyone before and after us that were in line were taken care of and gone....I was thinking maybe they called and came to pick up after 30min of waiting Lady Star ask us why are you guys waiting there still I repeated my order to her and she looked at the employees and still did not communicate with them about our order but was shaking her head in shame and after 5min while there was still people coming in to order she walks out my wife reminded the individual in the register about the long wait and the order the cook was never informed and the one who was handling the register was looking out thru the window for Lady Star and he then began to do our sandwiches apologizing for the miscomunication the cook did the cutting to help out with the order and still 20min later Lady Star never returned....we received our order @ 747PM as I walked out Lady Star came.out of a car and returned.....I never once disrespected any of the employees during the ordeal but she did not show any interest in making our order happen and She is not even a team player....the waiting time aproximately an hr or more was unreasonable and I think she chooses who she will serve cause she was nice.to some while in the store but to us we felt like we were profiled ....the reason for the time and date because I know it will help you review it for yourself if in doubt.JerseMikes serve really delicious sandwich but that employee is sour It needs goodr leadership with a smile a smile to everyonek I never asked but I can see.the frustration on the other employees face when it comes to dealing with her....Not going to say that she was not nice to the customers to us she definitely was not....before in took my order .the employees felt so bad for us that they decided to refund the order while she was outside ..Vegetarian options: The salad all that toppind is so fresh and delicious.

Food good. Problem is these guys are sloths. Seemed to be living in slow motion. Had not started mine at the promised ready time even though nothing was being made when I came in. Still moved like molasses in February even while I was standing there. If you are in Poughkeepsie, it’s quicker to drive to the other locations. Not the first time this is happened.
