I ordered twice through this specific store, through DD, before leaving my review. Both orders have been insanely wrong. The errors don't even make sense, honestly. It's like they're just making what they want or don't know the difference in cold cuts. These sandwiches are not cheap. When you get what you order, they're great, but clearly you need to babysit the preparation. Once again, another waste of fifty bucks.

My husband had to wait for almost about an hour to get his sub sandwich. That is absolutely ridiculous. We could have went to a dine in restaurant and got our food faster than that. They need more organization and more workers so that people don’t have to wait so long for their food. We are highly highly disappointed with our first experience at this establishment.

Every time I come here the workers seem to work very hard and the place is always clean. The food is always good but I ordered two hot subs from here and when I got home to eat them I noticed the top of my bread was burned. That means it’s being left on the grill too long. That’s not okay especially since jersey mikes is not cheap. I won’t stop coming here but I thought I should just say something since this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a burned sandwich. But other than that great job !!

Frequent Jersey Mikes customer here. Very disappointed this time. Staff here is moping around, brain dead and not following health procedures. I ordered a Club Sub, which has bacon. He sliced the meat and then got to the veggies and said “we’re out of bacon”. On top of that I watched a staff member walk out of the bathroom, put the can of glass cleaner next to food area. She walked in the back quickly and then out to the food line and started touching food and money. I asked if she was planning to wash her hands. She lied and said she already had. Then thirty seconds later she decided she should go wash her hands. She game them a 3 second rinse and then dried them off and gave me a nasty look. Please look into the staff you had on duty 12/9/23 at 7:55pm. All 3 needs to be disciplined or terminated for poor service, bad attitude and violations of HAACP procedure. Please let me know this has been completed or I will be following up with the health authority.

Wow, just coming for the first time was sure a treat. I was impressed to see how clean it was inside and also the layout. The sandwiches are the best, I'm sure to admit it, even while bitting into it. There are many choices that the menu offers, with the option of having small, large, and giant sizes. I'll be honest, it took me a bit to decide on what to order, but thankfully, more visits will sure to come for that. Minor improvements I have - providing napkins, and also, workers need to speak up and reduce loud noises.Come experience the taste at Mike's!
