Terrible service big black lady I believe to be the manager on the drive thru very nasty and rude and her finger nails were disgusting. I’m glad they closed the location they need to burn the building and make a new one because the inside of there is beyond filthy.

The drive through is annoyingly slow. The wait is for ever.☹️☹️Even staff see you through the take out window and ignores you.Very draggy and poor service.They need more smart and professional staff.Unfortunately that’s the only branch on Main Street, Poughkeepsie NY.

Horrible! I placed an order and once I got there they told me I needed to wait 20 mins. I went to my car waited 10 minutes and went back in and was told to still wait another 20 minutes. Like what? It’s supposed to be fast food and they want me to wait 30 minutes for a simple fill up box.

KFC on Main Street Poughkeepsie...Yeah, not exactly a beautiful location, however the service at the drive-thru window was friendly and helpful! Unfortunately the chicken, half original, half extra crispy wasn't cooked enough, soggy, and disappointing! The biscuits were by far the worst I've ever had, flattened, bad tasting..."YUCK"!!!
I placed an order online to be delivered to my son's address for them. The order cost me over $70. They delivered an $8 order. I tried and tried to call (from work, mind you). Got hung up on twice. The employees were extremely rude and actually put the phone down while they were taking other orders. I was sitting there for over 10 min's on the phone and then hung up on again! I called back and the employee barked at me that they picked up the order. She wouldn't confirm the address to where it was going, but did say it was for two $30 buckets. Then slammed down the phone on me!!!! I will NEVER EVER order from them again. The last time I did order, awhile ago, I wound up right after getting an alert that I was charged a large amount for something else.

They are always closing the doors before 8pm. Any pick up orders from uber or doordash they refuse to service and ask orders to always be canceled. Had this issue more then 3 times already. And superrr rude.
