Not much to share, I went through the drive thru. But the employee I spoke to was polite, patient and quick and the window employees were also great. My rating is for my overall experience with McDonald's within the past 5 years in 10 different cities.

I've been at this counter for 15 minutes and not a single employee has acknowledged me. Not even the manager. Employees just throwing food around and wearing jackets. So unprofessional.

I ordered McDonald's this morning on doordash, and they forgot to include my happy meal. the manager personally brought me the happy meal because they forgot to put it in the bag. He also threw in a few cookies for the kids. liberty McDonald rocks. If I could give you guys a 100 stars, I would.

I ordered a coffee at the drive thru with some added bits, paid for it, then when it was handed to me, I noticed it was straight black and nothing else. I pointed it out and they said they would remake it with what I had ordered, I parked where they told me (which was a dangerous spot to park with many cars rushing past), and waited. After 5 minutes I was ready to just leave because I was going to be late, but someone came out and handed me my coffee. I didn't get the time to check it since I didn't want to be late, but it was still straight black. I ended up giving it to a coworker. I don't think I will be back. I'd rather invest in my own coffee machine.

I got yelled at today by an employee who stated he personally packed my bag and a missing item was in there when it was not. I waited twenty minutes parked in the rain, had to call over two people to try to get it corrected, and then the third one came out with the item and yelled at me. I then got home, searched my front seat, because who knows, maybe it fell out? If that was the case, I would have felt terrible I inconvenienced him. Nope, not there. It was just not packed in the first place. I don't appreciate the rudeness of that employee, bad day or not. I understand it was busy, but I just wanted the food I had paid for. To have an employee yell at a customer, for any reason, is absurd.
