They have 3 windows when you drive around. One is a pay window and the other 2 are pick up 1 and pick up 2. Today is my third time being told to drive up to one of the 3 windows. And I sit there waiting and watching car after car after car pass by and then I have to go on a hunt for my order. Tonight I just left. You all need to have your windows better labeled or have the person taking the order verify before sending a car to one of the windows. I’m coming here almost 2 times a day. Usually I get someone doing something right. But tonight was the last straw. This was my 3rd time being sent to an empty window. Now I’m at McDonald’s down in wappingers. They usually get it right but the lines be so long. Which is why I’m having time to write this review.

This restaurant has terrible customer service. Drive thru is the worst . I asked for a sweet and sour and the young said I should have requested it when I ordered my food. That's absolutely rude and disrespectful.

If I could give this place a negative one star I would. The staff are the most rudest in the world. I had a beverage that was missing from my order when I tried to get someone attention from the full staff in the back all gave me dirty looks. Then this rude young lady in a pink rudely ask if I was missing something and slides my beverage to me.Then when I went inside I to get a refund. One staff member said I needed a receipt for the refund, when they could’ve got the receipt from my order. The same young lady in the pink sweatshirt asked if I needed something, I told her I needed a refund to which rudely asked why. I told her because of the rude service I received and I wanted my money back. That’s when she changed her attitude and was nice.If you want side of nasty attitude with your fries, this is the place

What can I say, McDonald's is consistent. They have very fast service and drive through. Never a challenge. I was hoping since my son was trying to get a specific squishmellow in his happy meal we could see them but they are attached to the box and they would not let me do that. It is understandable.
This must be the no heat allowed in winter McDonald's or something 12/19/23, look at everyone, there's a common theme going, could you figure it out? Even the manager employee, is wearing a hooded sweatshirt and another jacket over the top of it...

The dark lady at the register was very unfriendly. Every time I order on my phone, I go to the cashier's window to say the order number and then go to the pickup window. But there's no one at the cashier's window tonight. I went straight to the delivery window. The dark woman told me to drive around again. Go to the intercom and tell her the number. Very firm and rude ?! But I'm the only car to pick up the food. And then I drove around again and I overdrove and I hit the cashier window and I didn't see anyone. I went to the delivery window again. She impatiently asked me to drive again, every time I come to McDonald's no one does this to me. They are all very friendly. This is the first time I've ever heard someone tell me you need to drive around again to get to the intercom now ?. The point is I've already been to the pickup window twice. If you're upset. Please go home and rest. Don't bring it to your work. Put it to work by kind and optimistic people.

This location is the absolute best in my opinion. Come here a few times a week now. Food is always hot, comes quick, place is always clean, employees are nice and I love that I can order from the table.Parking: Wrapped around building and there's 2 electric car chargers.

I have visited this location twice. Today I visited with a mobile order and their internet was down. They took the order at the window and honored the coupon I had attempted to use on the app, AND made fresh McGriddles because I had came after breakfast was over. Manager and staff are very friendly!
