I cannot say enough about the wonderful people at NBC Poughkeepsie!!! I live 2.5 hours away and needed to order a cake for my daughter's birthday to be delivered to her at school. I called NBC and was lucky enough to have Max pick up the phone. We were on the phone for over 1 hour!!! He was soooo patient with all my questions and changes and crazy tangents -that by the end of the call not only did my daughter end up getting perhaps the best and most beautiful Birthday cake she has ever received, but I no joke wanted to adopt Max!!!! I am a super critical, detail oriented person and I was blown away by just how insanely nice these people were and how much they went out of their way to share with you - and in this case my daughter - their delicious cakes. Honestly, remembering this experience, all I can say is that everyone who owns a store of any kind, should call Max so he can teach you what excellent customer service looks like - and then you should enjoy some of their cake :)

I went for the first time today and Stella helped me pick out some treat for our company’s marketing efforts. As soon as I walked in, she had a smile on her face and truly was so friendly! She helped me make the perfect selection! So friendly and quick, I’ll definitely be back again. Treats were also great.

Cute little bakery that has one mission to make nothing but best Bundt cakes and I will say they succeed with it. The service was very helpful and friendly, plus offered me Simples of seasonal cake, but am good, since after looking I had my heart set on the cakes. Strawberry and cream and white chocolate raspberry Bundt cake were winners. Both cakes were very moist, and so delicious, plus cream cheese frosting on both were icing on already sweet masterpiece. Both cakes I could really taste the strawberry and raspberry in them and did not taste artificial or masked. If my sweet tooth wants cake, this place will be my go to. :D

We came in one afternoon to redeem a BOGO deal and the staff was warm and welcoming. They helped us with selecting our cakes- a pumpkin spice (absolutely delicious) and a carrot (pretty good). Would come back agaib

The most delicious cakes (& I bake from scratch so I'm fussy) .. Customer Service personnel is always friendly and professional; whether in store or calling order in! Susan and staff are the best! PS Online ordering thru corporate requires 48hrs however I called the store directly 24hrs in advance & they took my order & delivered with personalized service
