I have always enjoyed Bacio's in restaurant meals and their pizzas.That's why I ordered a half tray of chicken parm from them for a family get together. The chicken was very over cooked and luke warm. I threw the leftovers in the garbage and my family did not enjoy the chicken. I am sorry I ordered from their catering menu.?

This place really is great. The food is delicious, the sauce is amazing, the service is excellent and the pricing is reasonable. Nice big pour for the wine! I just love the sauce. Certainly not a fancy place but I highly recommend it.

I am a college student and have loved going to Bacio’s. However, the last time I tried to order I was told by the blonde lady server/hostess, very rudely, that I had to leave because I had my service animal with me. My dog is trained to assist me so I can’t go anywhere without my service dog. I understand many restaurants do not allow seating with animals, however I was just trying to place my order and be on my way. I was rudely unwelcome. I tried to explain my situation to the hostess, but her tone and dismissal of me rubbed me the wrong way. She immediately continued to help other customers while I was trying to explain my situation . Wont be back.
