Tara was the server today. Tara was very welcoming and very accommodating. My first time visiting this location. So I will gladly come back again. Comfortable setting. Food was great also I ordered the seafood mushrooms with no cheese. Endless shrimp and a lobster tail. With a hot cup of tea. Happy eating

My partner and I went here for food a few days ago Wednesday the 20th of March I sent an email contacting them about the horrible service we received and the fact their server tried to con us into leaving him a larger tip and they never reached out to us to see what happened or to fix what had happened I won't be going back

Good service however our waitress brought us drinks with ice even though we asked three different times for drinks with no ice. The chicken Alfredo lacked flavor and the portions were small. The bread also was extremely dry and not warm when it was brought out. Also the women’s bathroom flooded while I was in there so only one toilet (the first one with the extremely tiny stall) was working. The tables are also too close together which was another overwhelming aspect of this terrible experience. Will not be returning anytime soon.

As it’s not illegal to fly a tattered flagI’m sure I can speak for all Americans especially my veterans this should be. Called to have the flag taken down and even offered to buy a new one. That was about two weeks ago. Sadly this is the disrespect red lobster has. Hopefully it will be changed soon

Had dinner, waiter was timely, polite and accurate. Most of the food was as expected, well cooked and well seasoned. Clam chowder could have been better, was the only thing lacking in flavor. We had the endless shrimp, with lots of delicious options and the refills came in a reasonable time. Prices were reasonable for all you could eat shrimp. Would return if staying in Poughkeepsie.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu reasonably priced with several options. Free refills on their drinks. My daughter really enjoyed the option of fruit as a side rather than fries or potato. Kids menu had coloring and activities on it to keep them entertained while waiting for food. My only minor concern would be that the children's food was last to come out.

Was looking forward to lobster bisque and was very disappointed that they discontinued
My friend and I came here to eat and the service was excellent! We sat at the bar and Brooklyn (our bartender from Kentucky) was the best ever!!! Brooklyn was very attentive and so kind. I've been to this Red Lobster quite a few time and this was my best visit by far! I will definitely come back again. Such excellent service. Go Brooklyn!!!!!!

Have eaten at the Poughkeepsie Red Lobster restaurant and never had a bad experience until today. Beverages were late, food order was 'lost', discount was not applied, original payment had to be stopped, credit card company then put a temporary hold on the card delaying payment of the adjusted amount, waitress was untrained/unskilled, and the restaurant manager was not helpful - only attempted to defend this outstandingly poor service. What a disappointing/frustrating experience!!!
