Ordered at the kiosk. When asked to pay, I though it was more than originally anticipated, but didn't question it. Ended up paying for some random persons food and not my order. When I confronted the cashier, she insisted it was mine cause I paid for it. It took her a few minutes before she realized her mistake, she then proceeded to MAKE ME PAY AGAIN!!!!!The fact it was her mistake and she still made me pay was awful. Just go somewhere else in the mall, Mediterranean Express is alright, they didn't mess up my order

Yeah there were like 5 people ahead of me in line but it took a solid 40 minutes to get 6 soft tacos... one of the worst taco bell experiences

This location is not closed. I frequent this location every now and then on my lunch break. It's usually fine, just like an average Taco Bell. However, my last few visits have been disappointing. They have been understaffed lately, so they have been encouraging customers to order on their kiosk instead. I went there the other day only to be told that the person who makes the food is late, so they were only selling drinks at the time. I personally feel that every team member should be trained within multiple areas, so that they do not lose business. There were two workers there at the time. I ended up going elsewhere. I went there again another time only to be given the wrong order. I ordered three hard shell tacos and was given someone else's order. I understand that things happen sometimes, but it was still inconvenient for me as I was on a time crunch. Lastly, I ordered on their kiosk system last week and made modifications to my order. They completely disregarded my modifications and put the unwanted ingredients on my food. They also gave me regular tacos when I ordered supreme ones, which was disappointing. The taco shells were really stale, which made my experience even worse. This Taco Bell location has gone downhill.

Went there mid-day, small menu, Bottom line is I paid $9 for 2 Los Dorritos Tacos (that were very small) and a medium soda. The food was so so and maybe kinda stale. I'll pass next time and just stop at Shoprite for cold cuts and a roll to put them on

ZERO STARS! The only reason one star is there is because I had to select a star amount I do Uber eats with my boyfriend and we just went there to get the food for the customer. One of the workers asked who we are picking up for and of course we told him. We were waiting and he just put the food on the counter without saying anything and it was not in a bag. So of course we didn't think it was ours. Plus the order was incomplete. We were in there for 45 minutes waiting on everything. Within that 45 minutes we were accused of stealing the food. We never once left the establishment since we had entered. The worker was adamant that he had given us the food when he in fact did not. He then pointed to the now cold food sitting waiting on the counter. We then informed him that the order is incomplete and we were never told anything. He claims that we never told him the order only the order number. THAT IS WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE WHEN DOING UBER EATS FOR ANY ESTABLISHMENT! They had to make over the food and check that everything was there. After accusing us of stealing the food all they could say is "sorry". This place is trash! And it's workers know nothing of customer service skills. They were also in there cursing at each other's and throwing food items such as lettuce at each other. THIS IS AN ESTABLISHMENT NOT A PLAY GROUND!

the board at the restaurant indicated that a meal came with chips. and we were not told other wise. after receiving the meal there wasn’t any chips so we went up to the counter to ask and were told by Dhawal P that the board hasn’t been changed yet but the meal no longer comes with chips. okay so we bought the chips and cheese separate. upon getting the chips back to the table they were dropped, i went back up and was told that it’s not his problem, i’m the one who took the chips away and dropped them. that it’s my fault. honestly very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. and you can see them on the floor fromt the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible. I don’t usually go to taco bell because Mexican food is not my thing but I like the drinks. I went today and asked for a specific frozen drink (I’m sorry I don’t remember the name) that was a combination of 2 flavors; strawberry and blue raspberry. They were out of the blue raspberry so then I asked for a frozen baja blast. The guy that was behind the counter was like “it’s in defrost mode” so then I ask for a regular baja blast and was told no. What kind of taco bell doesn’t have baja blast? Never going to this one again! Plus the guy was as dumb as a box of rocks!
