I bought a large pizza and when I got home I didn’t get what I ordered and the pizza dough was undercooked as well as the vegetable toppings, except the chicken. It wasn’t melted with the cheese, just raw and tossed on top, and didn’t include the usual seasonings that are on it. It tasted horrible. I could’ve made better pizza with some pita bread and that’s saying something. Didn’t expect that since their pizza is normally good and my family has been going there for years. Looks like there are new employees making pizza who didn’t care about the quality, didn’t put the pizza in the oven, and didn’t follow the recipe with the proper ingredients. The new staff doesnt know how to make pizza and I didn’t recognize the main staff that were usually there when I went. My family and I won’t be coming here again.

Big John's has been a staple in Queens Village since I was a child. It has provided an escape from church for generations with arcade games pizza & garlic knots. Delicious pizza. It's always a little dark in there (reminds me of New York in the 90's) with limited seating. Great place to pick up a quick slice.

Disheartening Decline in Quality at Big John’s PizzeriaDear Big John’s Pizzeria,I am writing this with a heavy heart as a long-time customer who has cherished the memories associated with your establishment. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me disheartened and compelled to share my concerns.Over the years, I have relished the freshness and love evident in your pizzas. However, my recent order was far from the Big John’s I remember. Despite ordering an XL pizza, what awaited me was disappointingly small. The once delectable cheese now lacked its former allure, it no longer just slips off deliciously and the pepperonis were not only minuscule but also unpleasantly hard.Equally distressing was the state of the bread. The soft, delicious texture I grew up loving has been replaced by a thin, stale alternative that pales in comparison. Even the zeppoli’s, a treat I eagerly anticipated, were lackluster – insufficient powdered sugar robbed them of their usual delight. As someone who has grown up with Big John’s, from elementary school to military service, it pains me to witness this decline. The place I once associated with warmth and quality now seems more focused on profit than the love that used to infuse your food.Regrettably, my loyalty has been tested, and I cannot overlook these recent shortcomings. Losing a customer who has been a steadfast supporter throughout the years should be a cause for concern. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of your priorities and a return to the standards that made Big John’s a beloved part of my upbringing. Would like to note that I’m pregnant AF so I still ate. But usually I would’ve devoured a whole pie alone. I couldn’t eat more than one slice.

Listen I've been going to this place for the last 7 years daily..Today I noticed this wasn't the same place..Waited patiently to be tended to while looking at the confusion at the couter..I'm always for change especially for the better., but that doesn't apply in this case. Poor customer service small and unevenly sliced pizza ...Please help me I need to find another pizza place that will serve me a chicken Ceasars slice..Cause I'm not spending my hard earned money at thus place no more..The sad thing is I'm a fairly good customer if I like a place I spend for the food..All I git to say is never coming back cause I don't spend my money in places like this..Please learn the customers cause most of the people have been going to this place like me for years..Pay attention ..Know your customers..Good luck...
Waited 5 hours for a subpar hero sandwich. Bring back the previous management or bring competent people or you are guaranteed to be shut down within the next 5 years.

Pretty okay place. I got two cheese slices to go, cashier seemed unfamiliar with the POS equipment. Got home and saw one slice was quite burnt on the bottom, the other was good.

Very disgusting. They look like they have new owners that are hispanic and not italian like the original owners. The bread is hard enough to brake there window.
