I have supported this restaurant for many years but today will be my last day spending my money at this place. I called to ask if I could switch out an item of the same price with another and the lady over the phone said yes. Not even 2 minutes later a guy called me back saying that the Ubereats app isn’t working. Mind you I was on the app while speaking to the lady and it was available to place orders but all of a sudden it said unavailable when the guy called me back. I don’t understand what was the big deal switching an item that you had in stock and was the same price point. Shameful and disgusting! If it’s something y’all need to work on is your service and how you go about handling the people who support your business.

Did an Uber eats order- they sent the spoiled pink coconut water. It was frozen and all pink. Tried calling them no answer, not even able to leave a voicemail! Ordered Bara, they provided to sauce to go with it. Even though I requested extra sauce because the 0.1 oz won’t cut it.Food tastes stale. Pastry was dry and card. Come on you guys do better! Need to improve on the customer service.

Continued to wait patiently while monitoring app, then just as order was about to get picked it, it was suddenly cancelled.No explanation. Just that restaurant was unable to complete order. If Fazee's Delight is unable to reliably use a delivery service in 2023, they should consider pickup service only.
