delivery guy tried to cheat me and take money for himself and then when I told him he still didn’t give me the right amount and said oh u don’t wanna pay for me. I always give tip but You give me MY MONEY AND DIRECT CHANGE FIRST. Food was ok

Called for food from China House, received food from Elegant (Hillside and 212th). Very disappointed prefer China House food. Rode by yesterday afternoon and the gates were closed. WHATS GOING ON? If they are closed, I will order from Daves on Union turnpike from now on....BE AWARE WHEN YOU CALL, ASK WHICH PLACE YOU'RE TALKING TO!!!

Food is good & when delivered still hot to the point it’s melting through ..which I was impressed by because some places your food is cold by the time it’s delivered but the turn off is the drivers begging for tips, once they give you your change it’s “no tip” like dang can I count my change first, that turns me off that’s why I don’t order there for delivery I just go pick it up..meanwhile you already get charged for a $10 delivery fee but get harassed for tips ..

I've been ordering from this place for years. It is really nice to be able to just place an order and have dinner in about a half hour and not have to deal with the 3rd party services that double the cost of your food. But the quality of the food has really gone down since the new owners took over after the place had closed during covid. And reading what others have said about cleanliness gives me pause.
I had placed an order for sesame chicken and pork fried rice and 2 egg rolls when the order came their were no egg rolls and when I tried to call back they never picked up

OMG gross the new owners there are so nasty. I literally witnessed the most disgusting thing ever. The cook dropped a piece of chicken on the ground & then whispered to the lady in the front she then picked it up & put it back in the put then proceeded to cook it over & put it in my other food. & when I told her I what I saw she was like how the piece that feel is in another pot so I asked her to see it & she pretended not to hear me. I'm turned off from eating Chinese food
