Idk if they have brick in them ears or what. Gotta repeat myself multiple times and then still didn’t get my order right. Their attitude very nasty too. Missing items after repeating my order. Face always sour when you go in there. Food doesn’t have any taste at all. Bland like unseasoned boiled chicken. Oh and their sour is always spoiled. The cover for the sour is literally inflated with air like it’s about to burst open and also very bubbly.

I have been here before when they first opened...the service hasn't changed but some of the menu options have...and unfortunately from the outside of the pastry box area doesn't look that appealing...Items looked dried up...Roti fell off a bit...I'm sorry not a regular but based on my visits that is my feedback/update

When my husband and I moved to Queens Village in 2017, this was our go-to spot for authentic Trini/Guyanese pastries and snacks. Their prices are fair given the location. The food has also consistently been good. We live in Westchester now and whenever we go to Long Island, we HAVE to stop here! The staff are always so kind and courteous. We will remain loyal OVRS customers! ♥️♥️♥️

This the second time unu give mi spoil food. Fix up unu self. Make sure the food is kept at the right temperature during the day and don't be mixing old food with new food if that's what yall doing! Food is not supposed to go bad after only a couple hours outside of refrigerator. #

Called to place an order and the woman is cursing at her coworkers in the background. She barely took the order and hung up on me. When I called back to make sure they got the order she hung up again. First and last time I’ll ever try to order from this dump.

I will never visit this roti shop again. Yesterday I ordered 2 roti and when I got home I noticed 1 roti was missing a piece and it look like someone eating from it. I took it back to the store and the people there the roti was cut and they only put 2pcs instead of the 3pcs in a very condensing tone. They made me wait almost 10mins to get another roti. Normally I would let these type of things slide, but I purchased this to take to an old women who live in a nursing home in Brooklyn. So yes I was a little upset about the employee not accepting responsibility that they messed up and tried to correct situation instead of making excuses.

The food really sucks here. The staff speaks to customers over the food trays which is really unprofessional. I have seen and experienced better at other West Indian restaurants.
