The menu says the combo includes a biscuit but they didn't include a biscuit in my meal, and said that all the combos except the sandwich combo include a biscuit. The menu does not say that, so either the menu is misleading or this location decided they don't want to include biscuits with the sandwich combo. They should fix this to preserve consistency across all restaurants
11/10/22: I've never been to NY before. We were riding around hungry & passed this place. We wanted something quick, so we turned around and came here. The parking is horrible!!! Good luck finding a spot on the street on top of having to deal with their horrible drivers. The road rage in NYC is crazy!!! Anyway, we had to park illegally with one person staying in the car while I went inside to place the order. There is no drive thru either, so be aware. The service was slow. On...read full review

I see why this location has 3 stars. Most locations toss their wings in the sauce and this location drizzles it on. I've only had one mishap with them; they have good customer service. This however is ridiculous. I'll just go here for items that don't need much attention or effort, I guess.
