The food is not the issue. The issue is I have called there probably over the last year close to 100 times and no one ever picks up.How are you supposed to perform customer service if you don’t answer phones for people that do online orders!Then when you go to pick up your food from the drive-through, you have delinquents hanging out near the window and around the drive-through. SMH

The night shift who works here is SLOW. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. No one cares about their customers. I kid u not when I say they are worse than the DMV. It also doesn’t help that this store stinks for some reason. Their food is the only thing that’s good, so I would suggest coming here earlier or go to another store.

There was a homeless man sleeping in one of the booths.
I visited this restaurant on Thursday. The cashier wearing a hujib was handling $ and food with dirty gloves.I asked for someone else to handle my food. Due to her lack of concern, with cross contamination. She stated she really didn't care about ppls health issues and food handling. She was rude and unprofessional, and this wasn't the first encounter with this cashier with no help on handling the food to customers.

Two times now, two separate times they have screwed up my drive thru order. I’m talking like going home opening up the wrappers and seeing the wrong sandwich in there. First time it was just too late to drive back but this time I went and demanded the correct sandwich. I get the feeling this Wendy’s is poorly managed and nobody really gets trained very well. For the record, the McD’s on Northern Blvd has never messed up any of my orders. They just seem to be more on point in their meal preparation. But this was annoying AF.

Clean good food and the staff was pleasant. They were busy but were working hard to make the wait quick.
The food at Wendy's is great. On the app, I really appreciate the option of adding or deleting condiments. The purchase of the tag, which entitles you to a kids frosty, is a great treat for children. I had a small problem with the app. I used my reward points to obtain a food selection. The app removed my points. However, it didn't place the item in my mobile order like it stated on the app. The manager (Emilio) explained how to correct the matter. Bottom line, I left as a continued satisfied customer as I'm sure you will also.....
