hello people I ate at this establishment and although the food was good the policy sucks. Their is a secret charge of 15$ that they donot disclose when first arrive or seated. I took offense to this because I was not aware of this until it was time to pay. This policy Their policy is not displayed to give You the option of sitting in or taking out which I think SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

This is a 1st time i try out this restaurant. Gr8 customer service, ambiance was spectacular. Prices are awesome. Seafood was fresh but seasoning did't add up. Calamari was too salty and food taste really bland, I wish they can do better.

We kept wondering why the place was completely empty... thought we lucked up...but when the bill came they added on $9.00 as a SERVICE FEE!! so what is that...an automatic tip•!! Wth...they said because people don't tip...sooooo I wont be going back. . But the food was Tasty...crab legs clusters are small.. friends wings were salty tho.Service was okThe cashier was also the waitress. ?♀️

Great food to take home with you. Love the selection of appetizers and that they give you a bib, gloves, wipes and a crab leg cracker with your purchase.

Very nice place Utica Avenue and East New York I thinkFriendly staff very courteous service but the wait was long and after the wait I was disappointed with my orderThe crab cakes were extremely greasy and tasted very little like Crab meatHowever all isn’t lost I’ll try something else because it’s such a nice location I’ll chalk it up as it’s a new storeBut it’s just one more try
