I literally just ordered Grubhub and NOTHING I ordered came properly. What the hell is the point of Choice in toppings.. to not send any ??? And paying extra for a SPECIFIC cone to get a regular !???? I also ordered a smoothie and received nothing. I guess it was out of stock so I got a refund .. Absolutely no call to try to replace with something else. It’s 24 hours but they let the phone ring out ?? DISGUSTING SERVICE ! KEEP YOUR MONEY BECAUSE ITS POOR SERVICE WASTE OF MONEY. SMD

I love the ice creams of Baskin Robbins, but it really bothers me when employees are not knowledgeable of the perks and deals of the place where they work. It’s 1:05 AM right now, May 31st 2023. I just came out of this Liberty Ave location because I was looking for the 31st ice cream’s special, which consist in a 31 percent of discount every 31st of the month at participating stores. I know that this Liberty Ave location is a participating one, because I’ve bought ice cream with this special many times here, but the sales associate had no clue of what I was talking about. On top of that, he could barely speak English. I ended up paying 7.61 dollars for an ice cream that could’ve costed me 5 dollars. I asked for a manager, but he said that he was alone. Please train your workforce properly. Thanks!

Do these ppl realize that they're Job is to help customers and not stand around and talk amongst themselves. I've been to a few Baskin Robbins stores and this one is by far the worst. My friend and I waited almost 15 minutes with only 1 other customer they're. We walked out & drove to Cold stone Ice cream shop. We were in & out in less than 10 minutes.

Came in with my children and husband today 7/12/2020 at 6:10pm I stood there for literally 10min no one said hello. The girl stood there making waffle cones there was two men behind the register none of which took our order.We finally said forget it and walked out. Not getting my money!!!!
