I consumed a chocolate frosted doughnut from Dunkin' Donuts, which was consistent with previous experiences. In addition to the tasty treats, the chain also embraces the Halloween holiday by giving out munchkins to children. One downside was the absence of a bathroom. Overall, the doughnut was enjoyable.

Ordered a small latte and large salted caramel cream cold brew. Both items had issues. The salted caramel cream cold brew's lid was completely dirty and I asked them for a new lid, they just wiped it and gave it back to me. They didn't even wipe it well was still dirty. After we left the "latte" was actually just a coffee. If they were busy, fine, will give them the benefit of the doubt however there was no one and they also asked multiple times if I ordered a latte - but somehow still did not get a latte??? To top it all off, both drinks SUCKED. Please do better if you want business.

Standard Dunkin. I recommend ordering online for pick up. It can get pretty busy in the morning. The store isn't big so it can get chaotic. There is no bathroom as it this is a stop and go place. I live in the neighborhood and it's the closet dunkin near Gantry Park. There are other places nearby (aka bodgeas) where you can get a cup of joe as well. There is a dunkin near court square but it is kinda far from vernon. This dunkin is located close to the 7 ernon train stop.

That Dunkin’ Donuts used to be good the donuts are smarter and they get your cheeks wrong and when they have to remake it they don’t do it right away if they have a line they take care of the line 1st then they go back to your drink that’s not good customer service

I went to this Dunkin' Donuts and ordered their snackin bacon and a vanilla bean coolatta. I left, drank some of my coolatta and started to eat the bacon. As I took my second bite of my bacon, I saw the biggest chunk of hair covering all the pieces of bacon. I am completely grossed out by this Dunkin' donut. I immediately walked back there for a refund for both my items. When I got there the man at the counter HAD to inspect my bacon as if I was lying. The hair was visible from across the counter so I don't know how he was claiming that he could not see a hair on the bacon. I assume this man was the manager as he was wearing a different color shirt as every other worker there. This was very unprofessional for him to question me as I was bringing back the entire order. This place is really unsanitary and the workers should be wearing hairnets.
The people running this store are incredibly rude. They try to convince you that you're wrong if you're given the wrong food or drink. If you insist, they make you wait as they make what they've obviously run out of while gaslighting you. It's honestly funny but really just ridiculous. They just gave me a super watered down iced tea after having a mishap last time I was in. They're petty... LOL

Now I know why this place gets a one star. Sorry but I never post negative reviews. I would rather stay shut then say anything bad. But this place is funny. They f***** up my drink, I go inside and tell them. They look at me like I have 3 heads. Tell me I'm wrong. How the hell am I wrong. I order the same drink at ever Dunkin' I go too. Also when does anyone add granulated sugar to a caramel macchiato. Last thing I want to be tasting is sugar. I just can't. Good thing I don't come to this Dunkin'. I would explode. My head would drive me nuts I would rather drink Starbucks then this place again.

I was just there a few minutes ago and it's busy, as someone who has worked in the food industry I get how overwhelming it is. The cashier was absolutely rude when I was getting my order. It's loud and you can barely hear over people and their conversations so Sorry I couldn't hear you say my order but learn to be more profesional and learn to perform under stress. The gentleman who gave me my 2 for 5 practically threw it at me. Now I understand the reviews as well as all the complaints from acquaintances.

I love that this place is 24/ 7! As for Cleanliness it's average. Multiple tables and seats so there is always an empty table or chair to sit and enjoy your purchase. Employees are very nice and patient and listen to what you order rarely making a mistake. They are fast and always great to grab breakfast when I'm late for work . Since this one is 24/7 it's great for a late night hangout ,grab some coffee with a few friends or a scoop of Ice cream (my choice no matter the weather)! Being that I love close , I used to come here very earlyy and do homework while having my morning coffee earlier 5 am The Dunkin' Donuts is also baskin robins so I would recommend the cookie ice cream sandwich , and usually get icedd coffee . I really enjoyed their new product ((beyond meat ) sausage breakfast sandwich. Deff worth a try!!!
