This motel is a disgrace you walk in and guarding the door is the military they have the national god as their security I don’t know what’s going on we’ve had more crime in this neighborhood since the hotel opened . The owner, Mr. Patel could kill us about this neighborhood. He destroyed an historic ice cream parlor, built a hotel, and filled it with low income housing and migrants that have valued the neighborhood he should rot in hell.

Good location. Bus in front of the door in 20 minutes at the subway station. Unfortunately, I was moved to another hotel yesterday because they prefer to take in refugees because they make a lot more money. The staff was super nice. Got me a nice replacement. Since the governors are currently packing refugees into big cities without any concept, the mayors are on their own and will accept any room, even if it costs twice as much. This means a hotelier can become even richer overnight. If you think you'll be safer in a luxury hotel. Not even close! This can also happen to you in a 5 star hotel in Manhattan. NYC is in danger of scaring away tourists.Because of this refugee problem and zero consumer protection in the USA, I can recommend that you don't pay anything in advance. I paid on the spot even if you stand in front of locked doors in the middle of the night. You have WiFi hotspots everywhere, find a cafe restaurant, have a drink at McDonalds and book something online for 1 night. It's not expensive to take a taxi and then look for something new to do over breakfast. Of course it's stressful, but thousands of tourists are fighting for their money because they've paid months in advance, etc. It's better to have this situation than to lose a lot of money.Safety: No problemQuiet at night

This hotel is a fraud. It claims to be recently renovated it is not. It had water dripping from the ceiling. The hvac had tape on it. They gave us the wrong key and wouldn’t change our room. I complained about 3 times. I then disputed it with my bank and they lied to my bank saying I was happy with the stay. I even have pictures. Don’t stay here!!!!

This place is nice. It has parking and was very clean. The front desk is cordial and warm up as you get to know them. I stay here often.

Expensive for a one night stay and felt like a motel!

You obviously get what you pay for. The staff was ok and somewhat friendly. I booked this room last minute for Rolling Loud. It was a decent price for 4 days. Only a couple of things were wrong. I requested a blanket and never received one. I requested an iron and was told that they didn’t have any extra. The ice machine worked. Room stayed cold. Hotel is in waking distance to food nearby. Also a dollar tree, CVS and 7/11 literally across the street. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay. The room was kind of outdated, but those are the same pics online.

People working the hotel are kind so the one star doesn't reflect them. It is the condition of the room. Musty smelling and you can just feel the grime and moisture in the carpets, yuck. Stains on the wall and bathroom had hairs. Expected more for paying $175 for one night...

Poor service, rooms are not updated! The TV scrambled with every channel because they don't have cable ? The elevator was a disaster! I was tripped by the edge of the elevator floor because it never aligned with the floor I was getting off to properly and I hit my foot so hard on it that it broke my toenail off! I went to the front desk with toenail in hand & showed the guy... he made a face as if he was hurt but never asked if I was ok. He just said that he'll write it up & someone would get back to me. No one hasn't & I highly doubt they will. Extremely disappointed!! No way would I recommend that place!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. THEY OVER CHARGE. THEY OFFER ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL.

A good cheaper alternative for a one night stay. On-site parking which is a plus. You get what you pay for, the rooms are not big or glamorous, there's no fridge, but it was $200 less than staying at a chain hotel so who cares.
