The service was really friendly but the Bagels are nothing special. I could live with the average bagel but was annoyed that the cream cheese just seemed dropped on the bagel like a bunch of gloop and was not spread on the bagel. I'm not asking for much, just please spread the cheese along the bagel.

If you are in rockaway, you need to stop by it totally worth it. Service, staff, waiting time and menu is great. I came twice before reviewing it. I travel for work and I am rating them based on other states. This place is as good as it gets. yeah they could give a little more essentials for the price, but this is NY. You budget to compete. Before you leave check your bag for ketchup, napkins etc. if not you will not be too happy. Def recommending this place to friends and family.

The guy that does the cashier work at the regisi. Is really arrogant, mean and a waste. He doesn't know how to speak to customers and seem to lack the common sense to address customers with respect.Such a looser and disgusting person. He makes me want to vomit. And the food isn't that great . With his attitude I doubt this business will grow. Horrible and disgusting human being.

This used to be our go-to bagel place, but this morning it was not it. The lady taking our order was rude, my toasted bagel was barely toasted, and the bread was cold and dense. Also, it was almost $8 for that one bagel. We literally went to dunkin afterwards instead of eating it

This place is a rip-off. CRAZY expensive and the staff has as much of a personality as their bagels. They take advantage of the visitors that come off the ferry. Unless you’re used to paying Manhattan prices, there are better options in Rockaway that are a better value and you’ll get service with a smile. Try Bagel Barista on 116th instead. Trust me.

So good I had 2 visits on the same day. Started with an egg, cheese, sausage and bacon everything bagel before my walk on the boardwalk, then returned a few hours later and had a cream cheese everything bagel. Both grear but the cream cheese one is the winner ?

This should be a 5-star review hands down, because the folks here are as nice as can be and while the place is very popular to both locals and beach visitors, alike, the wait times are not that long.Well, for bagels, they are not.Every time I take the Rockaway ferry to Rockaway Beach, I stop here for a nice New York City Bagel, buttered, toasted with extra cream cheese. So, why the 3-star review? Because...THEY ARE SELFISH WITH THE CREAM CHEESE!!!Like, REAL Selfish. Dont take my word for it. Look at the pics!I ask for EXTRA cream cheese. Does that look like EXTRA cream cheese to you? I even offer to pay for extra. They are always so selfish with it, like its coming out of the cook's check or something.Very annoying!Its NYC, so don't expect them to be cheap. A small cup of grapes, an OJ and a bagel cost me like $15 or something ridiculous.It is what it is. What can you say?Last thing:In the morning and on the weekends, especially, it can get really busy and crowded, so bring all of your patience.

The burgers are the best that I’ve tasted for a long time before I leave. I’m gonna order me some to go to bring with me home the Reuben sandwich, amazing and the chicken tenders with the fries crispy large pieces of chicken. The fries are fantastically cooked
