Airport food can be a gamble, but this is definitely on the lower end. Service is terrible and the food is awful. If you can’t make a simple burger, you should close the doors. For future travelers, there are other restaurants near the gates that might offer a better dining experience.

I had their famous burger four times before and it was delicious. So good that I look forward to going to terminal 8 for the perk of eating there. Today was my last visit - not only did they raise the price of the burger to $27 from $23 but the burger was tasteless - perhaps they forgot to season it??? . If I didn’t get it for free via priority pass, I’d be very upset to spend that much on poor tasting food.

We went to dinner before flying. We ordered a burger to share, we ordered it medium and it was crispy, they offer it with fried onions, which are fried pieces with onion flavor. A very large space with unprofessional service, little service and a lot of walking around the room. They take advantage of the fact that there is not much on offer in this terminal, if you can, take a sandwich from outside. We won't be back

I had dinner before an international flight. This place is worth going through security if it’s not your final terminal and here’s why. It’s a sit down and good service place, unlike other quick options all over the airport. The staff is exceptional. Alexis makes sure you are happy and fed at the bar and is super sweet. Nick gets a gold medal as multi-tasking me made the mistake of leaving behind an expensive personal item. Nick went out of his way to make sure I got the item back even beyond what airport security does. I can’t thank him enough for just being a compassionate human being looking out for someone like a friend and not an insignificant stranger. I would recommend going here anytime and giving them the patronage whenever time permits. They take the time to check in respectfully and you can see customers feel that and are having a good time! (In the airport!!) Thank you so much!

We had just landed after seven long days in India and were looking forward to having some beef. We stopped into Bobby vans and had the most marvelous steaks. The service was amazing. The steaks were ready within 15 minutes and cooked to perfection. Kayla and her manager, Nico were so friendly and helpful. We felt really welcome and had a great experience. We’ll definitely be back next time through JFK.
