On average, my delivery order portion sizes are very underwhelming. This was the Chicken Tender box, and these were 2 of my 5 included chicken "tenders". Though I once did receive what I expect to be a normal sized portion, it hasn't happened since. Can't trust it for the $13 I spent on chicken scraps :(.

SO next to our hotel was a nice food court and Bob White was one of my offerings. My son had recommended them based on a video he had seen and yep they were good. Chicken sando: Perfectly fired chicken with just the right amount o f mayo. The pickles added a salty sweet crunch and the acid hit helped balance the mayo Chicken Tenders: again perfectly battered and fried. The Bob White sauce (their house sauce) was very similar to Raising Cains just a bit more acid and a touch thinner. That and the he Blue cheese was excellent Caesar Salad: Nice greens with good tasting dressing. Service was friendly and on point.

I ordered the big tender box with side of French fries which includes 2 signature sauce, and I chose Bleu Cheese and BobWhite. But I did not received either the Bleu Cheese nor BobWhite sauce I asked for. Instead, they gave me ketchup.It’s a shame because BobWhite is only good for their sauces because their chicken is dry.

I ordered fries and two big tender boxes (one buffalo one regular). Fries were very good, especially with the bobwhite sauce. The buffalo tenders were very flavorful, but the regular tenders were okay. I was disappointed with the size of the tenders, very small and didn’t look like the pictures on DoorDash. Probably would not order from here again.

I know I like the resturant in Manhattan lower east side they have more selections. The service is so kind and on the lower east side on Avenue C they have outdoor seating The food is always fresh because LES is always litttt with hungry people. It's a small resturant. No seats but when you take it out to go you either need to live close or eat in your car because the good smell of flavors is gonna have you craving oh they have another on Union Square spacious but not to much of a selection still good chicken because of the seasonings

I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and grabbed a seat within this large food hall. The sandwich was a bit greasy, so I was happy they provided me with several napkins. The chicken had a lot of flavor, and it went well with the coleslaw.Vegetarian options: As a primarily chicken place, there aren't a lot of vegetarian optionsKid-friendliness: The sandwiches are fairly straightforward and would be fine for kids

Before COVID I used to go to the Urbanspace location on Lexington Ave all the time.The chicken is still tasty but there were some disappointments.First, they used to serve amazing cut fries that were always hot out of the fryer. These have been replaced by limp, frozen, cold crinkle cuts.They seem to no longer sell biscuits (the combo box used to include one, iirc.Finally, my biggest gripe is the size of the tenders. They used to be closer in size to a full tenderloin. Now, each tender appears to be the size of one tenderloin cut into thirds. One piece was so small I couldn't believe it was included.I know many businesses didn't survive the pandemic and I'm glad Bob White counter is still around...but I went in with certain expectations and what's on offer now is just different.
