Workers are so rude. Food is okay but over priced for the area. I work in Manhattan and prices are more or less the same. All in all nice place vibe but unfortunately this is the only coffee shop we have in the neighborhood next to Paris

The cashier lady is little slow, not fully listening what you’re ordering or just not fully paying attention . I already had a twice experience coz she’s not paying attention on what I’m ordering, 1st got my order wrong , 2nd she missed one of the item that I ordered. This place have a good food and drinks but the service is frustrating and it will test your patience.

This cafe is a gem! I’ve been there multiple times and it has always been a five star experience, never disappointing.The coffee is always tasty and hot. The food is really good and has a large variety. The service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful; quiet and comfortable.All the above is hard to accomplish for such a small place but Bon Cafe does it right.

The food is always good quality and well made here. One of my favorites is the avocado toast with hardboiled egg, but they also have some Korean dishes like bulgogi. Drinks are always flavorful, never bland, and the ambience is nice and relaxing. Service is friendly and thorough. If you eat in, they bring your drink and food to the table. Highly recommended!

I will say the food was ok and the ambiance is nice but, the cashier was the rudest person I have ever interacted with at any eating establishment. I ask how long they've been at this location and the look she gave me was like if I was beneath her and to even be speaking me was just so inconvenient for her to do. I'm sorry but you work in the service industry, have some pride in your work. Every time my girlfriend ask her a question about the menu she look away like we just didn't belong there. Like it really bothered me. The whole vibe was of while we were there, I truly felt uncomfortable. I'm sorry but this is the worst experience I've ever had at an eating establishment. And as someone who works in the service industry I have clear understanding it's the customer that drive your business not treating the customer like you are above them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will take my money elsewhere where I'mTreated with some kind of respect. Just horrible place.

Service very friendly, food always delicious. i just tried a scone today, delicious.It's never too overcrowded here which I prefer, I went to another place the other day ,and too busy, noisy etc.. It's a popular place,true I hope cafe bene, bon cafe stays open. There really isn't many nice places to go for a coffee and a snack or sandwiche. But I must admit I can't be certain about that statement, it just feels that way.

I stepped into this lovely establishment after a lunch with a few girlfriends. We were taken aback by how large this place is! And such an extensive menu! We only had beverages, but I definitely would love to go back for a proper meal soon. I ordered a classic latte and she even took the time to do a cute latte Great service, and really nice interior.

Great place to just hang out, chat, or read a book. People are always coming in and out to grab coffee or a bit. The menu is pretty extensive and should satisfy any craving you might have.Had the smoked salmon croissant sandwich and would highly recommend it!Definitely a place I’ll regularly visit.
