By far the most disgusting Boston market I have ever ate! I ordered Mac & cheese chicken and potato’s the Mac & cheese taste like water no flavor & every other Mac and cheese I get from Boston market is the best the potatoes taste old. Chicken was super dry. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

One of the Boston Markets that should be closed permanently! Menu boards unviewable, Options limited, tried to tell us we couldn't have three three piece meals with TWELVE CHICKENS ON ROTISSERIE?! Weren't even using Boston Markets logo serviceware (Serving dishes and utensils). Cornbread was over baked! First and last time visiting this location!

food here is DISGUSTING! if i was keith lee this place would’ve been shut down!! the water here taste way better then the whole meal combined. not to mention, soda and water costs THREE DOLLARS!!! and almost EVERYTHING, including the soda machines and bathrooms, is out of order. terrible terrible

I ordered the two meat combination (3pc chicken dark meat & meatloaf) on 1014/2023. Wen DD arrived with my meal it was only chicken (everything else was there except the meatloaf), in the container!! I have been trying to call the store and the corp office. All of the numbers either don't work or they are not direct connected to Boston Market! I will also suppose to get a 20oz Minute Maid Lemonade. Guess what i received........ a damn 12oz can of the drink listed above. Shame on you Boston Market located at 165-02 Jamaica Ave. at here are disabled persons who count on getting their food from you and having it delivered correctly! I'm very disappointed with Boston Market. If you want to make it right ans the phone.

Who is making the food at the Boston Market on Jamaica Ave in Queens horrible , Let's start with there was no drinks because the beverage machine was out of order I ordered 2 larges sides and it came up to $15.00 the Mac and cheese tasted like nothing where was the cheese?? Seriously where was the cheese I also ordered the mash potatoes with gravy without the gravy again it tasted like nothing mash potatoes tasted watered down I don't even want to give 1star HORRRIBBBBLLLLEEEE !!!
