Whoever running this place needs to teach manners to their employees. This isn’t the first time guy in his late 20 acts like you’re doing him favors. Always cursing and yelling at customers specially when it comes to drive-through orders. I complained to the shift manager all she said was I’m sorry I apologize behalf of him. Fresh off the boat got a job at BK without any discipline or manners? I’ll go to any other Burger King besides this one.

Worst Burger King ever. This Burger King does not operate like a normal Burger King. They do not care about customer service. Food is always cold.

They hike up the prices in there like its not a burger King I got 2 hamburgers and a value fry guy says 8 and change on linden you will get way better service and better prices

I came today to get a whopper meal first of all when I got to the store there was a whole bunch of bums druggie and homeless people in side and outside the store when i finely got my meal i had bite of my whopper I found a live bug in it ? I returned the food and the manager didn't even apologize for it and i walked a way I will never come here again

The food and wait time was okay the only issue is the crackheads outside sitting at the entrance. I literally witness a drug deal at the entrance as soon a I walked in, there were 4 dudes(obviously hobos) showing each other white pills. This is obviously not good for business nor citizens.

This BK Front desk employee don't know how to operate cash register. Employees are very bad attitude and bad behaviour with customers. They should learn customers bill of rights. Their bad behaved are one kind of harrase customers. I will complain to 311 very soon.
