Food was sub par this location. They charged extra without giving the extras I ordered. The individuals working behind the counter had an anxious and unfriendly vibe.Guess I'll travel a bit farther next time for BK

While I was there, a fight broke between a customer and the cashier! The food was cold, and my fries were very salty. The service is not good and the prices are crazy!!! I don't recommend this burger king.

I cannot believe this place has the nerve to charge for sauce! You can’t get one sauce without paying extra is absurd and ridiculous I’m calling corporate!!

WARNING!!!! If you don't care about the service from this location, by all mean go in to order. However, you would not get the service you would expected. Don't say I don't WARN YOU. This Burger King manager and the staff are the nastiest.

DONT EVER ORDER FOOD from the Burger King location in Fresh Meadows. The Burger King manager and clerks at the counter taking order are nasty. Especially, if you use the reward points to redeem food. Think twice before going to place an order there.?

The girl working at this Burger King is extremely rude, and this is not the first time I've been there. Every time, every customer just does not feel welcome here. And now, they're not just rude; they don’t even want to take your order. I was standing there, and no one took my order. Thanks to a gentleman, another customer, who told me that I could order at the machine. So, when I tried to order there, the rude girl started yelling, "THEY ARE CLOSED!" and they wouldn’t accept my order? Excuse me? I know this place is open 24 hours. I know it’s 11 pm, and you may not like your job, but if you don’t, you can quit. What you're doing is very unprofessional. I hope Burger King corporate takes notice; they are damaging your company’s reputation and your relationship with customers. I order from many different places and cities. I can say this is the rudest, most disrespectful, and worst-service Burger King in the United States!

arrogant, unfriendly customer service....they will see that u need assistance and will not render help, takes wayyyyy too long not a place I would continue to shop....due to bad services. Hear how it goes...you enter, no one at the cash register, so u decide to order with the self help machine, having issues, so u go to the register, no help, then when help comes, you go to the front to pay...if help comes, cause boss man uses the front as a desk to do paperwork...doesn't he have an office? Anyways....when you do get help, then I go back at your food place.....then wait...another couple mins....when you're done....20-25mins passes...I wonder how places like these stand still....have to be the worst I've seen thus far.
