Only giving 2 stars because the staff were nice and helpful but the ice cream itself was awful. Tried samples of most of the flavors and they tasted so artificial and chemically. The fake colors are a give away of what to expect. You’d much rather go to baskin robbins because at least there it qualifies as basic ice cream. Being someone that has enjoyed the classic ice cream cake, I had much higher expectations.

So excited there’s a carvel in college point!! The staff are super friendly and accommodating,the store is absolutely spotless and you can just tell the store is managed and worked with pride. The weekly specials are also awesome and there’s coupons as well in the ValPak monthly mailer. I highly recommend going here, College Point Carvel will definitely be here for a long time

My kids and I loved our visit! Got a few Strawberry dipped bowls and was very impressed by their topping selection. My kids LOVED getting so many of the toppings! Everyone should stop by and pick up a sweet treat from the lovely and welcoming staff!
I really enjoy coming to this Carvel, especially since it’s so close to my house! They have great promotions every day of the week and the ice cream is great! I always buy my cakes here! The staff and owner are really nice and very attentive! Will always be coming back here! ?

This is one of the best Carvel experiences I have ever had. Got two large chocolate dipped waffle cones and absolutely loved them. Super clean store and very pleasant employees. Definitely a must visit for a classic cone!
