Must times I visit pizza places. On occasion I review other restaurants. So, this was a nice experience. The service was nice and friendly. The food was how and tasty. I would return again and recommend this restaurant.

Bad service, the lomo saltado was ugly, the chaufa rice had red onion cut into small squares and that doesn't come with it, the only thing that is redeemable is the jelly and Aceves has its grilled chicken, but the waitress is too rude and serves as if she doesn't care what one wants

You'd think after spending $30 on a meal, you'd get hot sauce on the side for no charge. Ridiculous and rude staff.

Good service, good place ??

The grilled chicken was dry and ugly and the green sauce had too much garlic and salt. Nothing to do with Peruvian grilled chicken.

Went to go pickup food & just hear the 2 cashiers/servers just straight up complaining & making fun of their customers. Everything from the tip to how they look. Calling people poor & so on. Guess they thought I didn't know spanish lol. Also paid $40 for soggy stale food. Unlucky, place fell off over the years, it used to be one of my go to for peruvian.

The skinny woman who serves is very disrespectful, scolding me when I am a customer and not her worker.

Long story short, Blonde waitress was extremely rude.
Well tried calling multiple times and seems like they are sending me straight to voicemail. This is not the first time it has happened but now happening more often I think people should know the terrible service. Also charging extra for watered green sauce is ridiculous.

I used to eat from Chicken Festival at least once a week. They had the tastiest chicken and fried rice in town! But something happened where it WENT DOWN.... And I mean DOWN the dumps! The chicken lost that unique flavor it had and it's been either over cooked or burnt! The rice just taste blah. One time I waited for 45 minutes because the chickens were not ready. Came home with my order to a chicken that looked and tasted like it was in the counter for 2 days :(.So so sad as this was my to go place. I wouldn't spend another dollar on their food.

I was craving Lomo Saltado, and they didn't disappoint. Most certainly will be going back for the chicken! Staff was friendly and helpful.
