The cookies are great, and I always gotta come back for the new flavors. I'm always impressed how they stick the landing on their theme cookies. Even more out there flavors like cornbread or sweet potato always nail it. Coffee is good too but tbh, you know what you're going for

*** 4.5 stars *** In the city of amazing chocolate chip cookies, Chip City is a solid choice. What I like about Chip City vs all the others is that they have a mini size cookie (the lil chips). These are the crispier side vs some of the more doughy competitors, which is my preference. Right up there with Levain.

Wanted desserts on Friday night, so stopped in here. (Our first time there.) The guy was super nice. Made a comment about how the cinnamon roll cookie was flying off the shelves that day, and they had more baking but it would be like 15 minutes. We decided to wait. Best decision EVER! It was INCREDIBLE.Great service. We ended up getting a box of 6 cookies, and I got a latte. When he rang us up, he said the latte was on him as a thanks for waiting. So nice!!Brookie was also really good! The chocolate chip was too sweet for me, so I let my boyfriend have it. ?

Raw ! Burnt !Two cookies… one was raw & my other one was burnt. This chip nyc fell off. Had cookies here about 2 months ago & it was great ! They’re back to being the worst. Too many chances given. Sorry chip nyc I’m done.

Cookies galore!! This spot never fails to disappoint with the flavors; the berry one was very interesting; it really did taste like a pop tart. Always love the chocolate chip as well as the triple choco chip. Glad they opened up this location in the area

I live a block away and this is such a temping stop off. The cookies aren't so cheap but it's hot and fresh and nice and big. It's a great special treat.

Came for National Cookie day! Got a free triple chocolate cookie if you order from the app and use the promo code.Cookies are huge! I was worried it would be too dense; however, I was presently surprised that it had the perfect outer bite and still moist on the inside. To make it a bit better, I recommend popping it in the microwave for 10sec and it was so oozy and delicious.

They didn’t have the butter cookie! But I appreciate the lady who gave me awesome recommendations! I was desperate to leave and some cookies were cooling down.. she gave me one still and told me that it was still warm & To be careful and let me tell you !! It was warm! So delicious! I couldn’t help myself, had to take a piece. I waited for the rest to cool down! Amazing cookies

I try couple of them too, but not my type, alse the cashiers are very unfriendly, most of the time they have attitudes, specially on stainway store, may be one of two cashiers are ok, but the rest are unfriendly

It's been a while since I've written any reviews due to COVID ruining many things and me not having time to go anywhere. BUT! This place... Is on my way back home... So, why not?Let me just start off with how many times I've been there so far. 6 times. They've been open for 5 days now.'nuff said.Updated:But seriously, they're sooo goooood. So very warm, super gooey on the inside (but not so gooey where you question whether it's edible or not) and crunchy on the outside (but not so crunchy where it feels burnt or dry af). They're huge cookies, for $4 a cookie it's not so bad. You could share a cookie. But why would you do that?Each week they have different cookies on rotation. Chocolate chip is usually on the menu everyday, with the occasional chocolate chip with walnut instead. Yeah they have other stuff on their menu, like drinks, but we all know you're going for the cookie. I've tried *red velvet hot chocolate (perfect for chocolate lovers, it's a UNFF of chocolate in every bite), funfetti (like a sugar cookie but with a personality that sings), blueberry cheesecake (instant favorite, it's two of my fave desserts in one form), white chocolate cranberry oat (this does count as a fruit, it's healthy, don't argue it), white chocolate macadamia (remember when Subway cookies were all that and a bag of chips? Yeah me neither, I don't know her), PB& J (wooow yes, if you love PB, this is it for you), and of course regular Chocolate Chip--the OG. I have yet to try every single flavor, but I'll get there eventually.*Flavors marked with a star are holiday flavors.Insomnia cookies are their own kind of addictive. We all know there's a pinch of crack...ed love in that recipe. But these... These Chip cookies... It's made with that love you never knew existed til you tried it.

The day;Tuesday, the cookie; hot honey cornbread, my world; changed. My roommate looked at me as I devoured this Cookie and said "I wish I could count how many times you've said wow eating that cookie". It's the perfect combination of salty and sweet with a kick. They provide the hot honey and butter to pair with the cookie. This makes it more than just a cookie, it makes it an experience. Delicious, delectable, divine. I haven't had a sweet treat like this in a long time. BRAVO CHIP CITY, BRAVO!

Terrible customer service. The girl behind the counter didn’t want to sell the cookie because they just came out from the oven and they need to cool down(!) I said it’s okay I’m willing to take the way it is if it is fall apart I don’t mind , and she said “no it’s company policy”. I want to read that stupid policy when customer okay with the temperature of the cookie still she doesn’t want to sell it??? The losing is customer more important or the temperature of the cookie(?!) so stupid.
