The food is good but the service is terrible. I ordered online and pick it up in store. The girl who behind the pick up station has extremely terrible customer service. I waited there and asked was my order ready she just throw the order in front of me saying nothing. I love the food here but the service is 0

WARNING: I ordered a drink with my meal. Their juice machine AND soda machine were completely broken. A staff member used their soda machine in the back since the drink machines for customers were broken. I got a Sprite but it tasted completely like syrup. Please do not visit this Chipotle location. It is horrible!

portions could be better. i don't eat at other chipotles enough to be able to compare the taste, but i haven't had issues. i come here pretty often and haven't had any negative interactions with the staff either, so i'm a little surprised at some of the reviews about rude workers. the hs kids can be very loud and grannies that come in and take up tables without buying anything are kind of annoying but what can you do. there's also a guy who comes in, empties out the entire soda machine, and just leaves. i've seen him do it a few times, so if the machine is ever completely empty it was probably him haha

Just trying to order takeout and the girl at the register is rude and nasty for no reason. Is it a crime that I want to eat food at Chipotle? Didn’t even fill up my large queso all the way.

Awful employees, miserable, classic minimum wage workers, waited 20 minutes to get my food just sitting there. Asked the guy at the kiosk twice and he told me to wait when he had no customers. Food got cold cause it sat there for 20 minutes. Horrible employees and

The employees are the worst. Asked for extra rice and they said it costed more and wouldn’t clarify as to why until i asked the manager. Wouldn’t acknowledge me even after 4 minutes of me standing right infront of her, even making eye contact multiple times. Before finally taking my order, she was messing around with things around the counter and walking aimlessly. Asked for less beans and gave a full scoop. Extremely messy EVERYWHERE. One of the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to.
Literally said Beef bowl, gave me steak, she was foreign so I guess she didn’t understand. I try to get it remade, she goes on to explain beef is steak (I know, hilarious right, when I could of just said steak if I meant steak) and that I already ate some so I can’t get it remade.Restaurant is dirty, they throw the ingredients in the bowl, workers don’t want to be there, migrant hang out spot, generally a low income area.Go to a chipotle in the city, expect to have a horrible experience here.Like Simon I hope this restaurant closes down.

Delicious as always. I got the barbicoa burrito as per usual but this time instead of rice I put the salad lettuce. It turned out really good! I always like to use the green hot sauce which is not really hot, more sweet than hot. Yum yum! Always a good day when I eat at Chipotle!
