I ordered a medium shake and the girl made the wrong size and they made me pay the difference for the employees mistake terrible customer service in my opinion

Had a custom-made cake for my sons birthday, it wasn't done properly , the image wasn't set the way I discussed with the guy, and no one reached out to me until today from since Tuesday I made the order that the person who makes the cake is running late and it's not ready. The pickup time was 12 pm, and at 12pm the guy calls to say the cake lady is running late and they'll call when it's ready. I didn't get any calls after and I had to come in to find out what happened to the cake. It's a complete disaster. All the guy keeps saying is did you put it in the email with the image, I said no cause I was told by your employee I was supposed to receive a call to discuss about the setting of the image cause they have never done a custom cake with an image before and I spoke with 2 employees on Tuesday in person. These people had 4 days to communicate and make a proper cake. This location lacks professionalism, communication, knowledge, respecting and getting objectives done in an extended timely manner. First and last time with this place, the guy didn't even apologize about the cake , he keeps telling me it's to late. I would give 0 stars if I could. Shame to the company name.

Stopped in there tonight for the first time and didn't know they were there for over a year. If you have a sweet tooth that's a spot to go. They got cinnamon buns they got ice cream but no coconut. The customer service was great the cinnamon buns looked delicious and finger-licking good! The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a great time and we will return, real talk.

Poorest customer service I've experienced in a while. Went in with the intention to purchase several dashers for my kids and I, but the 4 people behind the counter were more interested in pretending to be busy. Each of them made eye contact with me, but no greeting came forth until a patron that matched their nationality came in, and then everyone was smiles and service.

OMG I visited this place yesterday, first of all the cleanest place I have ever visited cleaner than my house lol, I bought bon bites (delicious) the staff was incredibly nice, especially this young short black lady treated me so nicely like princess she needs a RAISE.Parking: Parking was great

BEYOND HAPPY WITH MY PERSONALIZED CAKE!!!!! I love that there’s also a Cinnabon here!! Of course i got the classic roll which i put some caramel pecan on top it’s delicious!! you need to try it. And the owners are so hospitable and passionate with what they do. I will be back for another cake haha it’s so good!!
