Simple, easy and fast place to get a boba drink! Just use the kiosk to customize your order, wait and its ready for you! Clean space and bright. Its a chain so nothing very local about it.

Possible fraudulent activities happening here.I went to this branch in late December, ordered two drinks via the kiosk. After using my credit card on the kiosk, it just kept loading and it didn't seem like the transaction went through. The cashier said it didn't work and asked me to pay at her counter instead, and assured me that her boss will cancel out the kiosk transaction if it goes through later on.Lo and behold, I checked my CC statement and I was charged twice. I contacted my CC company and they paid back my charge no problem.Fast forward to two months later, I checked my CC statement and out of nowhere this branch charged me for the same amount ON A DAY I WAS NEVER THERE, and I did not place an order online. The store manager should easily be able to see that they charged me TWICE on the same day, same time back in December. I don't have any idea why they would falsely charge me again without consent two months later.This is disgusting business practice. I was a repeated patron to this branch but will never go again.

The girls at the counter were rude last time I went, so I thought I’d give it another try, maybe they were having a bad day, but yehy were just as rude the next time. Customer Service is nonexistent here. The drinks are pretty good, but they are kind of overly sweet and they switched from the different colored Boba straws to these cheap white flimsy plastic ones. One minute into drinking my drink, one end of the straw cracked, so I had to flip it over and drink from the pointy side and about 30 seconds later, that side cracked as well. I had to go to a different boba spot to get a real straw to finish my drink.Parking: Located on the extremely busy block in Astoria so parking is near to impossible to find. I had to leave my car at a bus stop and run in both times I went.

Music choices are great, the place has some areas to sit and hang with a few friends, limiting to only 1 group though. The Staff are nice and the drinks are delicious!Kid-friendliness: Drinks are delicious for the kids,there are some options without tea, you can also adjust the sugar for them.
Bad customer service. Bad attitude and laughing and look Down to customer.While I ordered the girl and boy at the cashier keep made fake and giggle at me. Did not know the manners or no one teach them.Our English not as good as them or something.Customer have to say thank you to them.Honestly thousand of great bubble tea around but i still support the original bb tea. Maybe no more..Sorry for this branch!
