Best boba tea in Flushing. Their stuff is really caffeinating.

Every time I go to Flushing, I come here to take away egg waffles and milk tea. The service is hit or miss, and the waiting time is a little long (usually more than 20 minutes), but the food is delicious.

The prices here are my least favorite thing, I mean it’s not outrageous, but it’s definitely not the cheapest. I do love the menu though, they have a good arrangement of bubble teas and snacks. I had the matcha slush, and it was really good. I got it with less sugar and was pleasantly surprised to note that it didn’t taste watery, instead the natural flavor of the unsweetened matcha really came through. I also had the matcha bubble waffle which was incredibly good: a little crispy, and chewy on the inside. All of the packaging is super cute and the food was ready at a reasonable time.

I got the mango passionfruit jelly iced tea. It was very delicious and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants something sweet, fruity, and refreshing!

The five stars is solely for the Pineapple Butter Bun but... wow. This bun was MASSIVE. My friend insisted on getting this, and at first, I was skeptical. But the salty and creamy butter mixed with the sweetness, softness, and crispy bun was splendid. Will definitely be getting one of these whenever I am in the area.

The worst egg waffles I have ever had. Over-priced. Save your money to spend on other food in the mall.

One of my fondest memory as a child was getting these egg waffles in a tiny stall near Columbia park in Chinatown. After they packed up and left, we were never able to find the same quality egg waffles ever again. My mom stopped by this place and picked us up some and just like that... childhood memories comes right back to life! These are soft and semi-sweet and I can't wait to introduce these to my daughter when she comes back home from daycare.

Great Hong Kong snacks! I got the hk style milk tea, pineapple bun with butter and egg waffles with pork floss. I enjoyed the way the pineapple bun did not have an excess amount of butter but I did feel like it could have been a softer bun. The egg waffles were my fave and I love the pork floss combo. The hk milk tea tasted fresh and strong. They also showcased the milk tea being made which looked super legit! Service was great and quick since I was able to order at the kiosk but they also have someone manning the register. Decor at the store was cute and reminiscent of Hong Kong.
