I ate here for the first time yesterday(1.22. 2024) around 4 pm. The waitress was courteous and knowledgeable about Peruvian dishes. I had in mind to order tallarínes verdes however she let me know they had seco de carne ( which not too many Peruvian restaurants have). I decided to try it and I was delighted. The meat was soft and fresh. She also offered hot drinks and to my surprised she offered Emoliente which is also another drink I have not found in Queens and it was delicious!I have always said it , a good restaurant depends on good chefs, the treatment is essential but the cooking crucial. I am a big foodie and I am always trying to find yummy Peruvian spots. The place was cozy and thankfully not overcrowded. The tamal I ordered was also super homemade, made me feel as if I was in Lima.Hoping you guys soon make Aji de Gallina and Carapulcra !Excellent service and amazing food ??

The food is really well priced and very good. We had the roast chicken which was very good and yellow rice. Their yellow and green sauce is great! Simple ambience but the food speaks for itself.

Pairing them with the half chicken combo, complete with fries and salad, is my go-to. The flavors are authentic, and the quality of their dishes never disappoints. No love put into the food we ordered. Whose ever the chef is, should just expedite the food. Absolute dry trash. I will never order from here. How you mess up murduros unless they’re a day old. Lomo Saltado taste like garbage. Stingy with the dry fries, tomatoes weren’t throughly cooked, taste like ginger,They were busy so the missed a whole entree.
