This is specifically for Dunkin’ Donuts terminal B post security. The absolute worst experience of my life. If you are not looking to do a kiosk order (which was the only option available - they were not accepting mobile orders at this time) then you will be waiting until there is NO LINE behind you. I had to do this today and still they didn’t take my order. They stood long enough to have conversations with each other whilst not working and customers waiting for their donuts and drinks. I expected better and definitely won’t be returning again. They probably don’t know how to make speciality drinks. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever.

Tucked into a corner of the lower level at LaGuardia’s beautiful Terminal B. Bright sign, clan surroundings, tables and chairs in front of the location. No app access. And everything is a lot more expensive in an airport. Service was adequate, although I had to wait for an employee from the back notice me, which was not great. I took iced late macha and they charged higher then displayed price.when i asked then they said price went up but if you order from the machine then they show same price as displayed. That guy was very rude even gave random answer without helping customers.Not happy with the service and charged amount.

Items not available in the menu, please don't display it. Also, while we're in the middle of ordering they're just chit-chatting in the cashier while taking our order. The drink seems fast for other customers but the sandwiches take forever. The guy who makes the sandwich is taking his sweet time as I type this while talking next to his coworker (a lady with her head covered) who is eating next to the sandwich station. I think that's a health violation. Then, She touched her mouth and then touched the screen lolAfter standing for more than 20 minutes, they told us that they had forgotten to make our order.

I really don’t know what happened with Dunkin’ Donuts standards. Every single location at the LaGuardia Airport is downtown the hill, starting by the horrible, non sense of urgency customer service their employees have. The cream cheese have a tangy and cheesy flavor definitely not to the standards. The menu is a completely disaster, half of the products the have listed by they don’t have it available.Not recommend at all!!

Not sure why this place gets bad reviews? We had great service, line moved quickly. 4 employees working quickly and were friendly and courteous. there's even a kiosk you can use to skip the line entirely. food and drinks were good!
