Ruma, the woman that took our order treated us pretty roughly repeteadly. I could have understood that if the place was busy at all, but we were the only customers at that point. The coffee was good though.

The worst cappuccino I have ever had. Normally, I like Dunkin coffee. They gave me a cup of milk with some drops of coffee in it and insisted that it is “cappuccino”. When I showed them, the guy said that he made it himself and it is called cappuccino. LOL Not recommended ?

Worst customer service the girl named doly took all my money charged me more for donut n bites and didn't give me my donut and coffee she walked away n when I asked the guy he hate the coffee to the lady who came after me 2 coffee n then took another n kept me waiting instead of finishing my order They are so unprofessional and racist they saw me a different race n delayed my order all were there the girl was walking around without giving me ny order and charged my card. They all are the worst team charging money n not giving our order. Steelers n lazy customer service ppl stay away from this store don't goI saw $1 for donut $2 mini bites and they charged me more than what it showed

Needed myself some iced coffee so I came to this Dunkin since it was on my way. Ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and extra mocha. I had an offer on the Dunkin app so it was only $2!! I watched the girl make my coffee and when she went to pour the mocha, nothing came out. I don't think she noticed cause she still gave it to me but when I said something and she looked at it she realized. Lol! She added the mocha and all was great after that. Their mocha is so good!! Wish I could drink one of their iced coffees every day!!The only other thing is that because she had to fix the coffee, it became a bit messy on the top. It kept dripping a bit from the top but it was fine. Put some napkins around it and I was good to go. A few mishaps but I'd go back to this location. My coffee was delicious and the people were very nice. No complaints.
