Ridiculously rude manager and horrible staff. She yelled at me twice because apparently I “wasn’t listening” when they called out my donut and someone else took it when there was NO NAME TAG after ordering ON THE APP. Then she proceeded to tell me that she wouldn’t give me my order even after showing her my receipt because I “wasn’t listening”. Wish I could give zero stars for service. She also CONSTANTLY bothers and screams at her workers instead of letting them do their jobs. I’ve even seen a time that she’s pushed one of them out of the way when they were trying to take my order.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts to ever exist, and I’ve been to Dunkin in the projects. Severely understaffed, they never have your online order on time, rude employees. Every time I order online they give me the most disgusting thing they can possibly make on several occasions my grilled cheese and avocado toast were frozen. They would not give you your complete order if you order online. Even when the store is empty they take 15-20 minutes to give me my order which is never a large order. So disgusting and disappointing, they really need to hire more people.

I went in here to get a iced chai tea latte made and I forgot to let her know almond milk so she let me know she had to charge me extra I’m like that’s fine, the one who was making my drink started yelling saying “ it’s already made!!” First of all that’s not customer service . I 100% don’t drink whole milk. I used to work at dunkin so I know she can remake the drink. But being that this a family franchise they dgaf. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to Starbucks and just made the 10$ and the service was way better . I’m telling ya they are terrible . Seriously .

Great service. Place was clean infront and behind the counter. I believe Moni, Sumi, and Parvin were the staff during the morning shift (Hope I got their names correct by looking at their name tags quickly). Keep up the great work.

Worst place I've ever been, I tried to use a members reward thru the app at this location on Monday may the 4th and it wouldn't scan. So instead of the employee helping me she just laughs at me and I left in frustration because how completely unprofessional can you be you don't laugh in someone's face and on top of it can't even provide any help with how to redeem this reward do not go here

Lita needs to be fired. I ordered a medium iced cappuccino with oat milk and hazelnut . She didn’t even put oat milk in the drink at all didn’t even charge me for it. The whole time she was busy talking to her friends and didn’t focus on the register store has two or three customers with me and it still toke her 15 minutes for one drink to be made. She than fills the drink half empty? And than gives me a broken straw with it??? Honestly back in the day 2015-2018 was their prime time came during Eid to buy dozens of donuts and box o joe with great customer service now you have workers with high egos and nasty customer service. The baskin robbins side of the store has ice cream that are freezer burned and the water they clean the scoops falls a lot on the ice cream which made me lose the appetite the water they clean the scoopers with looks disgusting like barely changed they need a health inspection and a new manager at this point.?

They are very rude to their black customers they are not nice or pleasant at all they always look like they don’t wanna be there they messed up my order and started to talk about me In another language I had to remind them that I’m a paying customer

I have not had any kind of experience like this from any dunkin store what i experienced today.The lady who works there is very harsh to customers and it looks like she does not want anybody to come to the store.I have not seen anybody has this kind of attitude to customers.very poor management.my friend also had the same experience before.so i thought of writing a review.it is very disappointing.if you want to keep the store open and want to act like this to customers,please keep a board that 'customers are not allowed inside.Am very much disappointed the way she treated me for no reason.Very poor.

Sadly zero is not an option… the manager at the counter is always drunk . Horrible service. Ordered an egg and cheese on croissant to find hair on my food. When I went back to tell him there’s hair in my sandwich he straight told me “it’s not my problem” mind you it wasn’t my first time having problem with him. I would like to see a new manager at this location asap because he have no rights to be rude with costumers. working while he drunk and non hygienic service is a problem for our community. Other than all the employees I met is very kind and helpful respect for them.

Horrible Service. The worker had an attitud. Did not greet me but only said a dry “Yes” at the register. When she gave me the coffee I realized there was no sugar. I asked if she can put in liquid sugar. She said there is none and walked away. The janitor had to wash his hands and put the liquid sugar in my coffee.The line was so long. She was alone. I waited 15 mins for a coffee. I work at the Weworks across the street and this place will lose customers because of this worker’s attitude.

The women who work here are so rude, I accidentally did not switch an item in a drink and they berated me. When it was fixed, they said "Next time do NOT do that, I had to remake it". All that over 5 DOLLARS... I have never had ANY fast food or restaurant ever speak to me like that over a SIMPLE mistake... I have been coming for almost 2 YEARS and never gave a problem with any order. I 'd rather go to the overpriced Starbucks down the street then deal with the nasty attitudes.
