One of the best Dunkins around, the staff are best and makes the drinks really well. I never had a problem here though they are every busy at certain times but overall great location.

First time 2 weeks ago-I ordered through app for pickup at 10.46am...had to asked about my order at 11am to get my regular coffee. *So they take 15 mins*. They didn't look at online order until I asked Customer who walked in and order through the counter get drink and food before me.-this week , i gave it a chance again. Ordered(through app) just regular coffee at 9.19am...time passed 9.35am , no coffee.The place was not busy at the time, I'm asking for my coffee and tell the name. Then they JUST starts looking at online order receipt** said coming up and then make the coffee.**So basically this location they ignored online order until you asked them about your order, then they will make it**The owner or management needs to train the worker. Something needs to change. Bad service*I would give minus star if I could*

nothing fancy at this dd in elmhurst but its go enough for me as i got a toasted blueberry muffin and large decaff cappy . some seating inside , strong free wifi and quick service is good enough for me. typical dd food and beverage menu and its quick in and out .i have been to better , i have been to worst and this dd in elmhurst keeps it simple and thats what i needed on a thursday morning .

It is what it is, but every location seems to make the drinks differently. I like the sandwiches. The bagels are not REAL bagels but if you are starving they work.

Absolutely horrible. Placed a mobile order for aSimple coffee at 6:47 it’s now 7:15 and still waiting on it. The Spanish lady purposely made me wait for an extended period for asking about rhe hold up l. 40 minutes for a hot coffee Lightning and sweet SMH
I want to give a minus star.. wanted a iced coffee with caramel and almond milk cuz I’m lactose. Don’t know what they gave, whole day my stomach been hurting and gave me bad bathroom problem.

The lousiest dunkin donuts. They used to be so fast but now you have to wait 10 minutes to get your order during rush hours. And mind you, i ordered it through the app so its faster and easy. Its was just a hot tea and donut but you have to wait 10 minutes to get it.Given its rush hour, why don't you put more employees? Its been going since 3 months now. 1 cashier and 1 person who does the breakfast. You can't give it all to the cashier and have them multi task. Its ridiculous.

Unsafe due the customers around 2:55pm on 12/19/2022. Some older teenagers, caucasian, if I recall, repeatedly kicked and threw a wet floor sign. There was no security for other customers during this time. These dogs also repeatedly pounded the mobile surfaces in the area demanding the staff "hurry up" after having only waited about 90 seconds for the line to resolve. Then after all of this I am told the flavor shots I ordered via a mobile order are not available for my drink. Dunkin Headquarters is trying to manufacture chaos by taking orders for objects they do not have in stock in stores and not offering security for non-offending customers against such other customers.
