The windows were so dirty and grimy. The staff is out to lunch .. walking around and talking to their friends.. could care less. They need to improve their game. coffee was good.

Coffee here is disgusting along with employees attitude. Cant wait for this dump to close. Workers are too busy vaping all day. I worked here for months and been treated like garbage whole time i worked here causing store is closing down. Supervisor named lauren gave me nasty attitude along with her overweight son who spends all day vaping. If i were you, i would go other other coffee shops in rockaway or make it at home to save money. Unless you want old cold coffee when you want fresh brew hot coffee. Boycott this place.

I don't ever leave negative reviews but this is rediculous.. Stay away from this place unless you want rotten milk in your coffee or your order wrong. The staff seems like they don't want to Work and you bother them when you order food. Out of 8 orders 7 were wrong.in the past 3 weeks, on more then half my coffee was ice cold and tasted burnt or old.. How you pour cold/old. Coffee in someone's cup and think that's OK when they order a hot coffee is beyond me.. I guess this is what passes for work in 2022. If you go here triple check your order before leaving.. Im not the only one this happens to. You want good Dunkin and service, drive to 116th.
