I'm gonna miss the bus terminal. I traveled a lot there when I was younger and used to go to the Coliseum. Great memories!

I come to this terminal specifically for the little donuts and coffee shop that sells pastries. They have a really good variety of pastries. From cheese cake strawberry cheesecake to chocolate cake. To chocolate cupcakes you name it ,this place has it .it is a small little spot but I have to give it to them there pastries are on point. There is a nice lady that works inside the shop we call her moms.she is a very nice lady, her customers service is really good. She has been there for years inside this particular shop for years. I know this is a bus terminal but this little shop is underrated.i know this particular bus terminal doesn't have the. Best reviews but this doughnuts spot is the highlight of the terminal. You also have the blue line buses. And the jamaica queens main library branch right across the street, on the Merrick blvd side .this little mini mall can get crowded when school lets out.the kids travel through the mall to the buses. The atmosphere is not that bad .there is security in the terminal. I cant be the only one who knows about this spot.because most of the time I go there for a specific piece of cake or brownies there are sold out.so for this little pastry spot I am giving them 4 stars .

On Saturday (8/1), I'm on the Q36 heading towards 165th. A bus driver asked that I get off the bus because I had a small dog with me. When she heard my dog bark, she said " oh hell no". Miss you must get off the bus. She quoted MTA policy stating only service dogs are allowed. In looking up MTA's Code of conduct Section 1050.9 (H) (1) No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container and carried in a matter which would not annoy other passengers. I carry my small dog in an approved carrying case which can also be used for Airplanes. A complaint has been filed with MTA and I hope to run into this rude & obnoxious bus driver again. She needs to study MTA rules. IDIOT!

Dear Supervisor of the bus operator (165 st bus terminal Jamaica NY-11432) our respect to you. sorry to say that last few days we are missing the bus service Q6 on 7.23am everyday which make a problem in our workplace because most of the job in JFK area is start at 8.00 am so if we miss this bus we are unable to reach at timely, so we need your help very soon if you dont make any action from today then we have to go New York Transit bus authority or TV channel to make a report.

A Bus Terminal right on 165th st...used to take the Q77 to go home from High School sometimes...also have shops & restaurants in the terminal...
