Solid food. Nice service, when it’s there. I can’t count how many times I’ve come during lunch hours and NO ONES THERE.

I think the banana bowl was good. It doesn't taste healthy but it's like a big bowl of soft serve ice cream with some healthy stuff. The true yorker protein shake was warm though, which I didn't like at all. Also it's pretty much the same base as the banana bowl, just without the toppings and as I said, warm... The avocado toast was the most pretty meh. It's not quality bread, just a little denser than supermarket bread. The avocado wasn't seasoned with much salt or pepper, but the olive oil was nice. I think for the price it isn't bad, but it's definitely not amazing. I also did not like the container they give to you for dine-in, you can't use a fork or knife (they did not give me those) because there's no space to really maneuver the utensils. The container is too deep for it to be comfy so you need to eat it with your hands :/ I wouldn't choose to come back, but if you really like protein bowls and whatnot then I can see why you would!

I go out of my way to get the Ave D beets juice … by far the best juice bar in LIC!

Got a smoothie and it was not blended correctly - had chunks and small fibers of what seemed like fruit which made it very unpleasant to

Have gotten their acai bowls a couple of times, pretty standard and simple bowls. Pricing is decent for what you get. Pretty popular and can be a wait at peak hours, there is usually 1-2 people manning the station. Acai bowls are tasty, although not a big fan of the frozen blueberries that top them.

They use skippys low fat peanuts butter which has hydrogenated palm oil. That’s a big no in my opinion when promoting health food. Reasonable prices.

While I'm still mourning the loss of Biao Sugar, the previous tenant in this stall's spot, Essex Squeeze (located in JACX & CO) is awesome in its own right. So far I've tried the Summer Fling and Foreign Affairs, both with an orange juice base. The smoothies are always delicious, and way less expensive than Juice Gen. They also have açaí bowls. Might try the True Yorker next time!

Pretty decent little spot. Not super fancy, but somewhat reasonable prices as a result.
