I have had them mess up some orders before. Overall I like the food in general but they need to be very careful about decisions they make when preparing the food. For example, in what part of the world is it acceptable to make fritos (aka maduros) out of GREEN plantains? If I wanted tostones, I would have ordered them. What I ordered was sweet plantains, keyword: SWEET. I was wondering why my kids didn't want to eat them when they usually go crazy over them. When I took a bite I immediately knew what happened there. PLEASE only use yellow/black ripe plantains when cooking maduros.Aside from my complaints, their rice and beans and roasted chicken are all solid choices. I even enjoyed the habichuela con dulce though I know it's not for everyone.

Quality was not good. Meat had a lot of fat and skin and what was actually good was very dry. Rice was dry like it had been sitting out. Plantains were not included despite paying for them. Beans were OK.

I took my car into pep boys for an oil change with my girlfriend on a dreary Saturday morning in fall. After receiving very little information given about how long the wait would be we decided to go and get some food. My girlfriend had spotted a dinner on the drive over so we headed towards that. We got a couple blocks when the smell hit us, literally pulled to this bastion of deliciousness in a see of auto body shops by the nose like a bugs bunny cartoon. We got stewed pork with peas and rice with a side of yuca. The portion sizes were gargantuan and the flavors were perfectly balanced. If you can find your way here you won’t be disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s ground floor with no stairs to enter.

This place has the worst service ever , there no organization at all. There's a bunch of employees all the time completely disorganized. What should be a couple of minutes for food to go can take up to 20 -30 mins for no real reason. The food is already cooked and prepared all the restaurant has to do is simply be told what you would like and packed to go. But yet it's a whole ordeal all because they haven't figured out an assembly line. Instead it's 1 employee per customer and that same employee also has to ring u up. For instance why can't 1 employee serve the rice then the next the protein the next which ever side u like the last a cashier who rings it up. It's that simple not the chaos that ensues at this place . Not to mention the wait area to be served is about 2 feet wide making it convoluted So many employees and no organization, to much work force for such in efficiency.

Terrible. Placed a delivery order. Ordered beef empanadas, received chicken. Alcaparra NOT an alça outros but whatever it was it was ice cold inside. Wrong drink, didn’t call and ask about a substitute just sent something completely wrong. Called to tell them this so they could try to make things right they pretended they couldn’t hear me on the phone and now are not taking calls. Don’t do it. Trust me. Terrible food, terrible service.
