Place is terrible. You go there and everyone looks like they’re being held against their will. Spend 12 dollars on a BEC Hero and there’s literally 1 piece of bacon and 1 egg. Then the manager played tough guy over the phone. Don’t go here. Forest hills Bagels #1 is way better.

I ordered a dozen bagels and two lbs of creamcheese this morning around 730, they flew to my house in less than 15 minutes. Bagels were so fresh, chewy and cruchy and warm. I haven't been eating bagels but recently got back on them and will be ordering again. So pleased.

I got a big bag of their everything bagels hand delivered all the way to Hong Kong. Extremely good after toasting them, despite being a few days old and having flown around the world. Highly recommended!

It’s been a hit or miss with this place. The bagels are good and I really like one of their juice drinks (the one with the turmeric). I’ve tried one of their grilled chicken wraps and it was pretty bad (pretty tasteless and a soppy mess) and another time I asked if they had avocado to add to a sandwich and they didn’t have avocado (?? what sandwich shop does not have avocado??). Unfortunately my recent visit would be my last when I saw a roach creeping around the side of the counter area. I stomped it out with my boot but it’s just never a good thing to see a roach in a food establishment. Too bad, the workers there are usually nice and polite.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star…Horrible service ... this lady zina that looks like white forks … me the worst Bagels ever ..first gives me coffee that has milk that was spoiled. Then she gives me a bagel when I ordered butter and jelly there was cheese stuck from somebody else to the bagel. This lady is rude especially when you tell her she gave you a bad order she's nasty she screams she needs to be fired & she stands in the front ... get rid of her as soon as possible!!!! Never going to this bagel shop again

Asked for a grilled chicken wrap with cheese And hot sauce with mayo. I come home open the bag I see two wraps one grilled chicken wrap with no hot sauce no mayo and no cheese. The second wrap was egg and cheese which I didn’t ask for. The owner needs to hire people who speak and understand English. Waste of my time and my money. Stay away from this place they will over charge you because they don’t understand what you want and give you what they think you want. Never spending my money here agian. All the workers do is speak Spanish amongst themselves. And when I called and said they gave me the wrong order they were rude and hung up on my face. I don’t see this store lasting for long. I hear for many people that their orders get messed up. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Forest hills bagels on queens blvd always gets my order right.

Excellent and efficient customer service. Very friendly, Christian recommends alot of good options for lunch/breakfast. He makes it worthwhile to consider this cafe as a bagel spot. Prices are reasonable, food is excellent.
