I ordered strawberry yogurt drink. It just looked like strawberry juice. I thought of yogurt, but it doesn't taste like yogurt at all. It tastes like strawberry syrup mixed with water.

This Gong Cha says they close at 9pm but whenever I go at 8:40 PM they are already closed up with the lights completely out and this happened on 4 occasions. That's fine but please change your hours to reflect this! Besides that the service is okay. The drinks usually come out the same every time.

Weekday afternoon; stopped in for a bubble milk tea. Tea was on the weaker end, & bubble pearls were a tad hard. Small shop; didn't notice if they had seating or not. Service was adequate.

Never been here before but the girl at the cash register was extremely rude for no reason? She spoke to me in a very curt, snarky tone when I was ordering. . . never encountered this type of experience at any other cafe/restaurant

The place is nice, clean, very pleasant, for me they are the best drinks of this type, it is my favorite place but twice I have ordered two drinks and they have made a mistake, they have changed it for me but it does change the attitude of the people who They seem to be upset knowing that I have been clear with my request. Thank you!!

The brunette girl who made my drink , made it so disgusting. The matcha wasn't mix well , too much strawberry jam and I felt chunks of matcha in my drink. I always go to this gong cha before I leave queens. I am truly disappointed by the barista.

I hope that they can improve their service. Cashiers aren’t welcoming or helpful.

Great place locally. Love the variety. Boba is a little in on the harder side but overall still love it

Good spot to visit if craving boba.Boba drinks are made well and you can customize the sugar and ice level.Boba sometimes is a bit hard and al dente in the center. Location is above ground 2nd floor, might be hard for mobility restricted people to go into cafe.Staff friendly and very accommodating for any special requests.

Solid spot for a quick Gong-cha fix! On a summer day, I got two mango green teas with lychee jelly and ai-yu jelly. Ai-yu jelly is my new favorite topping and a must for me. I thought it was super refreshing and made just the way I liked with 30% sugar. Quick service and would come back to get a bubble tea.
