By far the worst bagel I’ve had in my ENTIRE LIFETIME. And to make it worse the lines were long, all self service with no one to help elderly / bilingual customers, and a staff that has been trained in arrogance and rudeness.My order was for an extra toasted bagel with veggie cream cheese. What I got was 2 badly cut thick bagels (untoasted) somehow slapped together with cream cheese on half a side. Huh???Can’t even go back with the long lines and rude staff to ask for a do-over

The place was overcroded at 8 am, no organization at all.Waited 30+minutes as many as other customers.Random people just stole part of our order, at least one other customer got her order stolen, we literally saw another lady took her order.THIS LOCATION SHOULD CHECK ON EVERY RECEIPT BEFORE HANDING THE FOOD TO ANYONE GET IT FIRST!We tried only the bagel and it was okish, BUT I ordered peanut butter and got jam+peanut butter... which I realy don't like.

JetBlue should really be embarrassed for allowing this place in their terminal. $8 for a day old fake H&H bagel is offensive.
Scrambled eggs shouldn't be blue, and you shouldn't have to pick foil out of your bagel where it was sliced. Bagel itself was fine, egg flavor made it pretty unpleasant. As a rule, I don't throw away food, but I quit after a few bites.

Not only did I have to place my own order on a kiosk, it didn't even come out right. I ordered the turkey and brie sandwich specifically for the argula and green apple on it. Not only did I not get the apple, the "arugula" was a piece of regular lettuce..huge taste difference between the two. Very disappointed as I also paid a small fortune for it too.

Having used to live in NYC 30 years ago when H&H was great, its clearly gone downhill to the bottom. This was terrible. It was bread and dry. Did not ask for toasted but when got on the plane it was toasted. Don’t waste your money here on a $5 bagel with butter.
