Shady cashier. I got a drink from the fridge and paid with credit card. No price showed up on any machine and the cashier didn't show me what he typed in.I asked for a receipt and he then asked for my card back. After he typed in multiple more things, he gave me a $3 receipt.I checked my credit card statement and found that he'd charged $5 the first time. When I asked to see the receipt he then reversed the $5 charge and charged the proper amount. Definitely a scammer!!!

The shady crook behind the counter charged me $10.29 for one single redbull and he pocketed the receipt so when I called Chase to have the charge disputed I was denied. a ten dollar lesson to never go to any unfamiliar delis, I hope they get shutdown because it seems like this treatment is the regular looking at the reviews about this scam shop.

They covered up the price with their hand, then ripped off the itemized part of the reciept. Definitely scammed me and added aditional charges, was late so i was dumb and just paid and left, but literally added extra charge to my purchase. When i looked at reciept and asked for refund, said cant refund cash but handed me 5 dollars from cash register, not enough to cover additional charges but why would they take cash out if it wasnt shady? Do not go here, plenty of other convenience store in area.

The guy who works evening/night shift is sooo bad at customer service it is freaking painful. I will walk in, stand at the lottery ticket machine and he will not look up. Finally I use a booming voice to get his attention. Guy if you own the business---your in the wrong business, play with your pc/cell phone some other place. And the other comment are right--sure its a small place but they prices are OVER the topic--close down and make it a decent deli shop with Hero's !!!OWNERS--Sell the place !!!!!!

Overcharged is the proper word for the experience. A corona six pack, 2 ice creams, and two pack of honey roasted peanuts = $47. No way. Total rip off is the feeling I feel after seeing my bank summary. Thanks but no thanks.

The worst place to buy anything on Vernon. 7$ for milk? 5$ for a candy bar? Their ATM says 5$ to access money but double charges you so you get dinged 10$. Not to mention everything else other reviews say. Avoid this place, there are groceries up the block that are a lot more fair.
