This place made me believe in falafel again. It actually had flavor. It Was crispy on the outside but they didn't over cook it. I only tried it bc my friend got it said it was good. Recent experience with falafel were terrible but I guess I was going to the wrong place. Salad was $11 very filling. Service was good and relatively quick. Ambiance is good for a fast food establishment. Loved it.

Great food, complex flavors, pleasant staff. I eat here quite often as I am an employee of an upstairs business. The only suggestion I have to make things even better beyond a five star experience is to change the type of packaging used, to be more environmentally, friendly, such as a cardboard clamshell.

This is my favorite lunch option among the three lunch options in this office building. There's often a wait, but the falafel is fresh and crispy and the salad bowls are fun. They can be made quite spicy if you want. I don't love the lentil soup but the dolmades are super.
The place is very clean, their food is fresh and yummy and the people who work there are super cool. You should try their food.

Incredible. The beef was to die for, soft, tender, incredible flavor. Moroccan spiced carrots were exciting and so fresh. Pita was warm and fluffy. I can’t believe you can have such great food quality at a lunch counter in a converted warehouse.

The food is crazy delicious!! I work nearby, have ordered here daily for almost two years now, and I can honestly tell you this is some of the most delicious, healthy, flavorful food in the area. They achieve a beautiful depth of flavor with every protein - everything is taken to the next level. The hummus is gorgeous and all of the salad offerings are always super fresh and delicious. Above all, the food is CONSISTENT - always perfectly cooked and fresh!Since they offer vegetables as a rice substitute if you prefer, I lost about 15 lbs last year eating Harissa for lunch during the workweek - that's a pretty big deal! Sadly, due to Covid restrictions, The Factory Building only allows them to be open Monday and Tuesdays (I would have it every day if I could!). An absolute must try for lunch if you can get here!
