The place is clean, the food is good, the portions are big. Some of the sauces lack a bit of salt, the guacamole is different but savory, the staff was attentive.The one thing I didn't like was being told what to tip. Gratuity is added to bills over $5O. I get it, I was a waitress for 6 years. The rule of thumb, only parties of 6+ and tourists are automatically charged tip. Locals will stop by often and contribute to the business. Establish a good relation with them and they will show up frequently and tip well.When I asked the gentleman at the counter if adding tip was a new rule in NY he answered it was the system that includes the tip automatically. Long story short, he stated"this is not a restaurant, this is a taqueria". Not sure what he meant by this. My family tips every time we eat out and we tip well. It's just a different feeling when you are told what to tip instead of allowing for an organic relationship to grow with your customers and in return receive loyalty for your business and service.

Food is great. Don't order takeout because something is always missing and the food is ice cold even though it comes quickly. Best option is to pick it up and check bag before leaving. Not much seating inside.

I love this place especially after watching a movie so I’m surprised by the negative reviews. The service is great and I love their Combo 2 which I get with a shrimp tostada ? Their sauces are savory and spicy, I’d buy a jar of each if I could LOL. All their frescas are good too!!!
I usually order the combos. I like it. But I decided to try something else, steak chilaquiles. Why would anyone put nacho chips underneath it and sog up the entire chips! It was so disgusting. This is common food practice- separate noodles or chips so it doesn't get soggy. I have a lot of doubts now about this place for not getting basic knowledge.

I got the following items:1. Cheesy Nachos with Carnitas2. Torta de Milanesa de Pollo3. Tortilla Chips with GuacamoleI would not recommend the carnitas nachos. Came with bits and pieces of bone and fat. The feeling of biting into a nacho just to bite a bone was not a great feeling. I couldn’t finish the nachos.The torta was actually good which is why I gave the two stars. It’s a bit light, meaning it’s not your typical Mexican torta that comes stuffed and the chicken was very thick, not your common milanesa de pollo. I didn’t expect it to be decent, especially after the bad nachos.The tortilla chips were over fried :( guacamole was good.I don’t think I’d order from here again.

Small little taco spot, walked by a lot and finally tried it. I got a combo, that came with a quesadilla, taco and tostada. I got a carnitas taco which was very tasty though there was an extra charge for it, not sure if it's because it's a new addition to the menu. The steak tostada was pretty good. However the steak quesadilla left much to be desired. It was actually like a giant taco, not melted together at all, totally open and super greasy. Would come back for the tacos but not sure about anything else. Something else to note is that there is not bathroom because it's a tiny spot which is fine just something to keep in mind.

Had high hopes for this place but was let down by the greasiest “steak” taco I’ve ever had. Somehow the meat was crunchy and served with a whole bunch of oil. The meat used was not entirely steak. It definitely had some overcooked ground beef. Flavor was average. The stomachache it gave me is real. For the price I’d go elsewhere in the neighborhood.

I'm a frequent customer because the food is great. However customer service is horrible. The delivery was taking well over an hour and when I called about it, they lied to me telling me that the delivery guy was on his way when in fact the food wasn't even ready! Just tell the truth! The woman on the phone then had the audacity to tell me that that I must have misunderstood when I was told that the delivery guy was already out. So on top of lying to me, the owner was attempting to gaslight me. That is not how you treat your frequent customers. Done with this place.
