Today was a disappointment for me here, I always order from here but today I received raw piece of goat with blood still inside of it. I’ve been vomiting all day and I’m very traumatized. Will never order from here again

I order from here all the time. I love their soups, especially the red pea soup when they have it. The homemade sorrel is also so good reminds me of when my family makes it for Christmas.
The rasta pasta was sitting out with no top on it and was wayyy too spicy and definitely overcooked didn't taste like rasta pasta at all so disappointing ?

I’m really surprised by the negative reviews. I saw a lot of them and thought maybe I shouldn’t order from here, but ultimately, I did because there really aren’t any places to get oxtail around here and I was willing to take a risk. And I am glad that I did because the oxtail meal was excellent. The flavors were great and the portion was perfect. I have absolutely no criticism whatsoever. I will most definitely be ordering from them again.

Delicious, authentic Caribbean food that satisfied my craving! Staff is very friendly and helpful and the portions are generous as well :)
Food is sub par. Chicken very salty. Cabbage undercooked and under seasoned. Macaroni and cheese was very firm absolutely no taste to it. The rasta pasta is dry looking very unappealing. The food is overly priced for the food to be subpar its definitely not authentic west Indian food. The staff aren't friendly and in my personal opinion if it were not for the fact that there aren't many food options in the area they wouldn't be in business. What west Indian restaurant has curry anything but, doesn't make roti? Throwing parsley flakes all over ur food isn't going to change the fact that it lacks love and substance. You can clearly tell whose cooking food for a profit and whose cooking food because it's their love and passion. I will never eat from them again. If more ppl told the truth and stopped lying maybe they would do better. However; in their defense most ppl who are saying this food is good I am convinced don't know what good food taste like and probably can't cook themselves.

Good food but Over priced like if their location was 42nd st time square, and you will get charged for EVERYTHING. You will get charged an extra fee of .75 for gravy, you will get charged an additional $1.75 for half of a wing not even a full wing. If they could they will probably charge you for utencils. Place is a rip off. Stay
